A part of one of the South’s best college towns, according to Southern Living, South Auburn borders downtown and the Auburn University campus. Cheer on the Auburn Tigers at the Jordan-Hare Stadium minutes from the neighborhood. After a winning game, head over to the town’s favorite post game gathering spot, Toomer’s Corner. Celebrate by participating in one of the town’s oldest traditions by hurling toilet paper over lamp posts, benches, and trees. When you’re done decorating, try the famous lemonade at Toomer’s Drugs, an old-fashioned soda shop located in an historic drugstore.
Even if you’re not a sports fan, there is plenty to do in this gorgeous tree-covered community. Not only can you enjoy your favorite outdoor activities at the parks in South Auburn, but you can also bring your friends and family to the festivals held in these natural areas. Listen to live music, purchase crafts, and eat delicious food at the annual Auburn CityFest held in Kiesel Park.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Vue on Glenn
The maintenance is literally so slow (it took me a month to get my dishwasher fixed, 2 months to get a handle put on my drawer, and they still have not permanently fixed my kitchen sink pipes that often come undone). Not to mention laundry is ~$400 per year, it’s overpriced, and there’s no management on site, they honestly aren’t even managers, they literally just own it and that’s it. On top of that, if there’s an issue (neighbor being loud, not picking up after their dog, dog attacks, etc) they don’t take care of it.
Property Manager doesn't respond to complaints. They let Maintenance come into my apartment and renovate without giving me notice, and while they did so locked my cats in my room away from their food and water. Money was also taken. When completing renovations both in and out of my apartment they mishandled my things, causing damage. They take no consideration of comfort or safety of residents. When cleaning or renovating they just throw things off the balconies into common areas. A sewer line broke and they didn't fix it until they were reported to the City for health concerns a month later. In the on-site laundry, I have had things stolen out of my washer/dryer. And Laundry costs on average $4-6 per load. While they were renovating my neighbors bathroom, something caused my bathroom to flood and they waited 2 hours to call a plumber while water was actively filling my apartment. On the rare occasion they do notify you that Maintenance would be by, they would tell us they would be comimg some time on Thursday or Friday and no one would show up until the following Wednesday. Overall the last few months living here has been an absolute nightmare.
Awful property management and owner, highly unfriendly. Promised to listen tenant's problem, then never receive the phone calls. They hide information from the tenants. Also, they claim the property is newly renovated. However, all of the units are not renovated. No one should ever rent this property. They do not have any moral ethics, all they think about money and business, not the comfort of the tenants.
The property management (First Realty) never fixed my heater for the whole year I was staying there. During the summer the AC wasn’t working as well and it took me 3 months to get it fixed after contacting them over six times. There was a loud noise coming from the toilet for which I had to close the bathroom door so I can sleep during the night. The property has been very poorly managed, since one corner of the property was filled with cigarette butts and they were never cleaned. The door in the apartment was so thin that I could literally listen to what my neighbors were saying from the downstair, and the next apartments frol mine.
