Beachwood is a suburban city of Cleveland. Beachwood gets its name from the pretty Beech trees that once covered the area. Today, Beachwood is home to many businesses and is considered one of the great places to live in Ohio. Our apartment is great! we love it! Big, rarely with noise. It is good for rest quietly after a long day! The balcony wonderful! Our cats love it!!! People that work here are nice and always help us when is needed. No complaints about it. The pool is nice, but the TV in the pool area is not working, sadly, and the barbecue area could be cleaner. The carpet of the floor (common areas) have some stains. I think there could be room to improve the cleaning of the common areas.

It is a great place, with good sorrounding areas. You have shops near by, and you can go on walk. And it is perfect to run in the sorrounding areas, if you want. Infortunately one of the garage doors is still to fix since maybe April. It would be nice to have it fixed. And we have a lot of TV's in the gym, one TV in the pool area, but none of them are working... At least in the gym it would be really nice to have one or two TV's working!

Hi, im so excited about being a resident here at the vue. These 8 days here have been awesome, the people here are amazing, and im just fascinated by this beautiful place i now call home. 2 minutes away from work, everything A . I love the staff, but ISIS, is super and if it wasn't for her, i probably wouldn't be there. She's friendly, helpful, hospitable, took me through the whole process, and made me feel welcomed. You guys are truly truly blessed to have her on your team. I love her!!!!!!

The amenities need to be cleaned/upgraded. The main garage entrance is always broken and that has been very inconvenient. We have a cabinet for that was supposed to be fixed right after move in. It is now a year later and has not been fixed. The apartment was dirty ok moving in.

I recently moved in about 2 months ago and Matt and the staff have been amazing! They are super helpful with any questions I have and the macitence team is very timely and through when I ever have an issues. The garage is a nice perk especially in the Ohio winter and the gym has all the equipment you could need. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new place to call home!

Good community. Nice large apartment homes. Very central, close to freeway and only 7 miles from downtown. Within 20-30 mins, you can get anywhere from portage to Avon to mentor. Great location

We moved in recently and every thing went pretty good. There were a few things in the apartment that need to be fixed. Move in was easy with the elevators.

there are ups and downs to living here. The apartment is nice, but the whenever the heat is on, the whole place smells like it's burning. The amenities are nice but the foundation shakes whenever my neighbors take a step, which is an annoyance when you want to get to bed or watch a nice movie. The in suite laundry is nice but the living room floorboards and the kitchen floor have seen better days, even after 3 months of attempted scrubbing and cleaning. Maintenance is responsive, but my goodness I would hope I don't have to call them this often. Ah well, such is life.

Love it here so far! Just moved in thanks to Daniel’s help. The neighbors and residents are friendly and chill. The amenities are very cute and the gym is very nice.

It was wonderful, very friendly and helpful staff, depending on where you live it could be a long walk when moving in. Great amenities, you just have to learn your way around the building

APM and leasing agents are amazing and maintenance crew is awesome. Property manager… meh. The noise on the weekends during the night and we hours of the morning can be horrible. People knocking on doors and running, hollering and shouting in the halls, etc.
