Beachwood is a suburban city of Cleveland. Beachwood gets its name from the pretty Beech trees that once covered the area. Today, Beachwood is home to many businesses and is considered one of the great places to live in Ohio. One of the main attractions of this city is the Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage, a state-of-the-art museum about the history of Jewish immigrants in the United States. The amenities need to be cleaned/upgraded. The main garage entrance is always broken and that has been very inconvenient. We have a cabinet for that was supposed to be fixed right after move in. It is now a year later and has not been fixed. The apartment was dirty ok moving in.

I recently moved in about 2 months ago and Matt and the staff have been amazing! They are super helpful with any questions I have and the macitence team is very timely and through when I ever have an issues. The garage is a nice perk especially in the Ohio winter and the gym has all the equipment you could need. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new place to call home!

Good community. Nice large apartment homes. Very central, close to freeway and only 7 miles from downtown. Within 20-30 mins, you can get anywhere from portage to Avon to mentor. Great location

there are ups and downs to living here. The apartment is nice, but the whenever the heat is on, the whole place smells like it's burning. The amenities are nice but the foundation shakes whenever my neighbors take a step, which is an annoyance when you want to get to bed or watch a nice movie. The in suite laundry is nice but the living room floorboards and the kitchen floor have seen better days, even after 3 months of attempted scrubbing and cleaning. Maintenance is responsive, but my goodness I would hope I don't have to call them this often. Ah well, such is life.

I enjoy the amenities and accessibility. I love the events and love the various outdoor spaces. The garage is also very nice and spacious. I also enjoy the pool and other lounges.

So far so good. The apartment was lovely and clean. CORT delivered the rented furniture exactly on time and very professionally. Shana gave us a warm welcome and I am confident that any help we need moving here from the U.K. will be forthcoming.

So far so good, some things seem left in not a great way from clean up crew or the resident so working with that has been a bit frustrating. other than that loving it so far!

Not only is the Vue a great place to live in Beachwood (I love my apartment!), I just love the sense of community with other residents and the staff. I know events and community isn't for everyone, but I really enjoy everything that goes on. Can't wait for this evening's wine event!

The complex and staff are nice, maintenance tends to respond quickly. Stephanie has been wonderful, very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend the vue to others looking for a new place

APM and leasing agents are amazing and maintenance crew is awesome. Property manager… meh. The noise on the weekends during the night and we hours of the morning can be horrible. People knocking on doors and running, hollering and shouting in the halls, etc.

Everything is good. I enjoy the pool and the dog park and the location that is close to every health care and shopping centers. People who work here are very friendly and pleasant and helpful.

Great place to live! The rent prices are a little on the higher end, but the amenities and resident events make up for it! I love it here!!!

I have really enjoyed living at the Vue so far! The units are very spacious with a lot of storage space. I love the hardwood floor. The lounges are very nice and up to date. The outside area with the pool is very nice! I would definitely recommend living here :)
