The Vue Apartments

I have lived at the Vue apartments for almost 5 years and enjoyed every moment of being here. The buildings are well maintained, Joni is AMAZING, and the few minor maintenance issues I experienced were addressed quickly. The wooden floors keep the apartment cool during the day, even in the triple-digit Summer temperatures. I am moving only because I am moving out of state. I highly recommend the apartment without reservations :-).

I absolutely loved living at The Vue! The community was quiet, clean, and well-maintained, and the views were a bonus. Joni was truly the best—so kind, responsive, and always on top of things. She made the whole experience feel like home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live in LC!

The property itself is maintained and managed at 100%. The apartments are basically new and beautiful inside and out. Instant access to the freeway, community is quiet/pleasant, and management addresses all inquiries immediately. Highly recommend this place.

The Vue is such a wonderful place to live. We have lived in different states and rented for over 11 years. This is the best apartment complex you will ever find. The apartment feel luxurious and the landlords are what make it even better. This is the only apartment I have ever lived in where I have never heard my neighbors ever. All maintenance requests are responded to right away, the property is well maintained. I cannot say enough good things about this apartment and the owners. We love it here!

Not only is every inch of this apartment sparkling like it's brand new (it basically is), you can't beat the convenience of the location either. Incredibly quick access to the highway to smoothly get into Las Cruces, El Paso, Albuquerque, Alamogordo or White Sands. Perfectly situated for all commutes. All of the appliances in the unit are upgraded, the apartment itself is well laid out and thoughtfully designed and the parking is very accessible. Both the interior and exterior of the buildings are clearly immaculately cared for and the stunning view of the Organ Mountains is one of my favorite features! The management is extremely approachable, communicative, on top of all maintenance in a timely manner, professional and just really awesome, nice people all around. They make The Vue a comfortable, easy, safe and fun place to live and I would highly encourage anyone looking for an apartment in Las Cruces to give them a call!

Love- apartments very quiet, kept clean, modern, pet friendly and have great views of the city and mountains. Management is great!!!!! Rooms are spacious and awesome open kitchen concept, great restrooms and facility is maintained all year long. Reserved parking . Highly recommend for anyone looking for an apartment in the Las Cruces area.

I lived at The Vue for over 2 years. I could not be happier with these apartments, they are spacious, welcoming, and beautiful. Would recommend these to everyone!

Gorgeous apartments with modern designs and wonderful managers!

The noise is minimal, it’s a great location. The owners are super. The apartments are spacious and super clean and nice and modern.

Prior to moving across the country, I looked at a lot of places and this, by far, is the best option in Las Cruces. The Apartments are well appointed with nice new appliances, beautiful tile flooring, granite, spacious with high ceilings and very quiet. The grounds are very well maintained and the neighbors are friendly. You cannot hear neighbors, pets or any traffic at all. The area is safe, quiet and great for walks or running. It is conveniently located to the highway and all conveniences are just a few minutes’ drive away. Joni, the Manager, is amazing and an absolute pleasure to communicate with. Her responsiveness is second to none and she has helped make my move seamless. I cannot say enough good things about the Vue. If you are searching, you cannot go wrong living here.

I lived in Las Cruces for several years before moving for work. When I lived at The Vue it was a great experience. The rooms are very spaciuos with alot of nice amenities and property was kept immaculate. I never had any maintenace issues or distubances from managment or other people living there. Would gladly live here again if I move back to the Southwest.

This place is so great! I love the design, it feels like a luxury apartment and it has amazing access to all the major roads. It has great views and the property manager is really nice and responsive.

Our stay at the Vue Apartments was excellent. It is a relatively new complex with many features and a great deal of space. The apartments and the grounds are clean and well maintained. We loved the community. and it was extremely pet friendly. The neighborhood was close to two parks and a also quiet. Our dog loved exploring the area. It is convenient to many things and easy access to the highway. Management was top notch. They were responsive and friendly but also professional and respected our space. I would strongly recommend this complex if you are looking for a new place to live.

I lived at The Vue for 1.5 years and enjoyed my time there. It is conveniently located near Highway 70 just north of town and in close proximity to shopping and restaurants as well as easy access to the major highways. Management is very responsive. The apartments themselves are high quality and spacious.

My husband and I lived at the Vue for 2 years and we could not be happier with the experience. The units are beautiful and spacious, and the community is quiet and friendly. The complex has a convenient location with easy access to the freeway and other parts of town. Joni is amazing!!! So quick to resolve any issues and respectful of space. I highly highly recommend!!

The Vue is a small and quiet apartment community. The units are beautiful, very spacious, and have top quality finishings. I love the open floor concept. The apartments are conveniently located near the freeway. I lived at the Vue for 2 years and was so sad to leave. The property manager, Joni, is absolute pleasure to work with. She was very attentive to any needs we had as tenants and maintenance was taken care of in a very timely manner. As a student, I needed a nice and quiet environment to study in, and this apartment exceeded my expectations. I could not hear my neighbors at all, nor could I hear any traffic outside. If you're looking for a great place to live in, these are the apartments to choose!

I absolutely loved living at the Vue. I had to move for reasons unrelated and I wish I still lived there! Everyone is friendly, the apartments are beautiful and spacious, and the neighborhood is adorable. They made my first year in Las Cruces a wonderful experience and i would 100% recommend living here!

I've been renting apartments for the better part of ten years and can honestly say that The Vue is the best place I have ever lived. While it's an apartment complex, you are not treated as just another number like some of the larger complexes out there. The owners / managers are phenomenal and go out of their way to get to know all of their tenants and make you feel welcome. On the rare occasions I have needed something fixed, they have gotten someone there the same day even for minor problems. They've truly gone above and beyond in helping me feel at home here and I would recommend The Vue to anyone.

I love living at the Vue. My boyfriend and I have been here for a year, and we absolutely love it. When moving to Las Cruces, we looked at a lot of places, and this was the friendliest place we found that is worth every penny! The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and are on-top of everything. I have NEVER had an issue from payment to work orders (which is very few since this is a new complex). After coming from an apartment complex with bad management, Joni and LeeAnn are a breath of fresh air who really are looking out for us residents and care about our entire experience. Concerning the property, it is absolutely gorgeous, the apartments are nicer than other Roadrunner properties. The tiles (flooring) are especially nice, which helps to make dog rent very reasonable. The ceilings are nice and tall, I rarely hear the neighbors, and because items are energy efficient, the apartments don't heat up too much during the summer! Also the washer and dryer are magnificent!! The complex is very dog friendly and my heeler loves seeing other puppies as we walk around the complex. One of the items I love about this complex is the surrounding neighborhood. We go out walking/running all the time and there are two parks nearby which are nice to bring the dog to. Even late at night, I feel comfortable and safe walking the dog. Lastly, the complex is close to the highway but I rarely hear anything besides a noisy car every now and then. We are close to gas stations, grocery (Walmart, Albertsons), and very conveniently located next to the highway on-ramp. Overall, I love this apartment complex, the people here, and the area. There is a lovely community of medical school students, families, and retirees making and it is worth you coming on by and exploring this fantastic complex!
