Property Ratings at The Vox
I moved into this loft in 2020. I enjoyed my experience until Oct. 2022 when “AHM Management” took over ownership of the building. AHC kicked most of the tenants out who were paying month to month and only gave them 30 days notice to vacate. AHC’s management of the property has been truly abysmal in the short time they’ve owned motor lofts. Overflowing trash, dirty hallways, elevators with puddles of dog urine, an inoperable parking lot gate that leaves everyone’s car in jeopardy of being burglarized, and a recent gnat infestation in the building. The management team is rude and defensive to residents rather than being professional. If I could give this place a -5 stars I would. Which is sad because it use to actually be a 5 for me. The neighborhood has also gone downhill in just two years. Vehicles are being burglarized on the street almost every weekend, loud cars are racing up and down the street all hours of the night, a vacant green space across the street is covered in trash including dirty needles, and there are abandoned vehicles all over. There are way better options for loft living in the area and you’ll be paying a premium for all the above because they are renovating the units and jacking up the rent due to proximity to the soccer stadium. Can’t wait to get out when my lease ends!
Great place to live. Just relocated from Florida and I am so happy to have found this place. The management is very caring. Maintenance is very quick. I have a little one so safety was my main concern. Ummm... just don't walk around at night. However, inside of the building is safe. Young professionals live there. It's very quiet. The views are amazing. If you move here, you won't regret it.
This loft has everything I've been looking for when it comes to downtown-living. Brick walls, stained concrete floors, industrial ceilings, and a balcony with a view. I was one day away from signing a lease to another building when I got on here one last time and found Motor Lofts. Couldn't be happier. I see myself here for quite awhile.
