Located off I-71 between Columbus and Cleveland, Mansfield is a hilly, tree-filled, historic city halfway between its two larger neighbors. Mansfield was founded in 1808 and one of its main attractions is somewhat unusual: it's the historic Ohio State Reformatory, built in 1886 and featured in the movie, The Shawshank Redemption. The prison closed in 1990 and is now open for tours. The prison is supposedly haunted and has been featured on the TV shows Ghost Hunters, Ghost Adventures, and Ghost Asylum. Mansfield is also home to the Mansfield Lahm Regional Airport, Newman Technology Inc., Mansfield Motor Speedway, and Noaa National Weather Services.
Mansfield is a college town, home to the Ohio State University at Mansfield. Downtown Mansfield provides a fantastic shopping and dining destination with elegant architecture wrapped around a historic town square.

I've lived at The Voegele for years. It is located conveniently to everything. The apartments are spacious, with high ceilings and huge windows. My neighbors are courteous and thoughtful. What more could you want??
The Voegele Apartments have everything. The layout and design of my loft style apartment is amazing. I honestly cannot wait to return home and enjoy the atmosphere. Our apartment community is also way above any apartment complex I have lived in before. I am so grateful I found this gem in Mansfield and look forward to more years to come. Thank you for all you do, Voegele!
I looked all over town and when I heard a unit was available at the Voegele I was thrilled! I had already met a few people who lived there and they loved it. I was able to move in a few days before my lease officially started which made my cross country move smoother. I love my unique apartment, the location and the friends that I’ve made here. The Voegele is more than an apartment building, it is a family! I highly recommend the Voegele to anyone.
I have lived here for a little over a year and can’t imagine ever having to leave. The apartments are beautiful and well kept and everyone is the building is wonderful. The property owner has kept the charm of the building while providing updates as well. Staff is very responsive to any issues and take great care of their tenants! I recommend living here to everyone!

This property is very nice, clean, and quiet. The apartments are charming and spacious. The property will work with residents that want to do updates to their unit, which is really nice. It's wonderful that it is so close to downtown but is still a quiet property. They keep the building and grounds clean and maintained. The manager is easy to work with and answers all questions quickly. All in all I am very impressed with the building and the apartments.
