Moses Lake is a small city in east-central Washington, located just off Interstate 90 about seventy miles east of Ellensburg and one hundred miles west of Spokane. The namesake lake forms a horseshoe shape around much of the city, putting most residents just a few blocks away from the water, making aquatic activities like boating and fishing quite popular among locals.
The historically agricultural community has seen major industrial growth in recent years, with tech and manufacturing jobs now making up a sizable part of the economy, with companies like BMW and Dell now serving as major employers. The vibrant Downtown district hosts eclectic offerings ranging from locally-owned coffee shops and taverns to a community skate park and the Japanese Peace Garden, creating an environment that combines small-town charm with the diversity of a much larger city.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Alex the maintenance man was so kind and helpful when he fixed out hot water heater and our sink. FIVE STARS!!

This complex is a convenient location to town and areas of interest. The problem is it is older and falling apart. The parking situation is horrible and management does not control the cars parked there. The walls and floors are thin and you can hear everything going on with neighbors. The carpet is horribly dirty and no padding underneath so feels like walking on concrete. The gym is filthy with sweat stains on all of the equipment and pool was never open the whole year because it was broken. Several weeks the trash compactor was broken and trash over flew the small can brought in. Don’t waste your time with this complex as there are many other places worth living at!!

Close enough to the airport but also still really close to shops. Plenty of space in the apartment.

Thanks so much for the review! We are happy that you love the location!
The Vintage has been a terrific home for me over the couple of years, and I will miss living here when I have to move. The customer service is fantastic along with almost instant professional maintenance on-site. The only reason for the 4 stars is for the overconfident pricing. Moses Lake as a city has very little to offer and the prices for an apartment (new or not) shouldn't be priced as if they were in the Seattle market. There is no mall, the restaurants are sparse in between the few fast food chains... the school's are over-populated beyond what any school should be and the city council seems to be reluctant to city growth. I just see reasons to move away, not pay over-priced figures for a little fake fancy. The Vintage would do well with these prices in the Seattle/Portland markets.
The vintage apartments are great. They provide a heated outdoor pool and an inside gym, the neighbors are good people. We have a outside lounge area equipt with a grill for anyones use. we are very close to any stores or events that are going on in the city of Moses Lake and are just a short walk from the fairgrounds.

Hello Valued Resident, I'm Kristie from the Customer Service department and I love hearing that you are enjoying all that makes up your apartment home community! We value your residency and choice to call The Vintage Apartments, your home. Kind regards, Kristie - Weidner Customer Service
These apartmemts are nice and fairly new. The parking is limited and the air conditioner is not sufficient to cool the apartment but the heaters work great (baseboard). I consider these apartment to be safer than some because they have sprinkler fire suppression, smoke detectors in every room, and the new standard carbon dioxide detector. If you get the top floor the skylight tubes are nice along with vaulted ceilings. The maintenance staff is prompt and courteous. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment is awesome. I would reccomemd these apartments if you can handle extra heat in the summer and need a place that accepts pets.
