The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Vintage Apartments
We were giving the run around . Application was approved . We had to do the background check. Due to my score not being good enough for the company. Our application was denied. My husband didn’t get a chance to even do his background check ( he has the better score). Ms P said to my husband if he wanted to get the apartment I won’t be able to live with him BUT we are married. Seems as if they are weeding people out( application) and both parties must have perfect credit score. We just dodged a bullet.
The neighbors feed the neighborhood cats and the cat spray their urine everywhere on your front door anything laying in the patio. You name it. It’s very hard to get a number for corporate.
how does anyone get a hold of this place. they never answer or return calls. very poor customer service!
They don't answer the phone and don't call back. I call they don't answer the phone.
Manager is wonderful!! She knows us all and really meets our needs. She is personable, the property is green and clean! I’ve been here almost three years and love it love it love it!! All of us here know each other and everyone is kind and our kids laugh and play and I feel safe.
Very clean complex. One of the downfalls is the parking situation. There isn't enough visitor parking which effects people who live in the complex. If you get home past 7 pm, good luck finding parking. The complex is pretty quite and the staff is nice. I have had maintenance a couple times work on things in my apartment and they have been pretty fast at responding. Warning: if you live close to 4th street & haven the car traffic can be loud. You won't be able to sleep with bedroom window open. Overall I have been happy living here :)
