Keep the gate code box at the gates. We’re not able to guide each and every delivery people and cabs on this. Most of them are canceling deliveries and rides due to this. So either keep the gates open during the day or else keep the gate code box at the gates
It’s has been an easy and fluent move in experience. Friendly and knowledgeable personnel at the leasing office I will recommend people to try this community
Apartment was a little dirty upon move in, it is also hard to connect with the staff at the leasing office. That said, it is a beautiful and well maintained community and I've enjoyed living here so far!

Good property. Decent rent price, good location, and nice units. I like especially that there are units available without carpet. I do wish there was more community, events, and amenities to enjoy.

I have really enjoyed living here at the vinings at Laurel creek. The staff is very friendly, informative, and on top of things. Huge shout out to the maintenance staff as well. Our third party valet service is just OK, that would probably be one improvement I would say that is needed, however I am so grateful for this amenity.

This complex is great. My only complaints would be how frequently the gates are left stuck open, because I appreciate the safety of them. There is also a lot of dog poop around but that’s more resident fault

Vinings has been great. Good bus service, college (CU-ICAR) is close by and woodruff road isn’t far. People here are really sweet. Leasing office keeps organising fun events.

I would like to say that we have been living in Vinnings at Laurel Creek for 6 months now. And our impressions are wonderful: the girls at the office and the maintenance guys do their job professionally and are very friendly; The area is constantly cleaned and the grass is cut. But the special love is the pool and the area with a fireplace for relaxation. It's very quiet and peaceful here. I recommend.

I have lived here for 8 months now and I love it more everyday. There's a community feel, neighbors are friendly and look out for one another. Complex is well maintained and it's so dog and family friendly.

I absolutely Love it here. The staff are all amazing. I call our leader "Queen Bee". I have been here 4 years now and I cant see myself anywhere else unless my rent increases. The grounds are beautiful the pool is sparkling clear, there is no trash anywhere to be found and my neighbors are the best. 5 stars for sure.

I was very excited to move in, until I arrived and inspected my apartment! It was NOT what I signed up for!! I did not signed up for a handicap apartment, nobody advised me that the cabinet under the master bathroom sink is missing, leaving me no choice but to make the master bedroom as the spare room. I need cabinet space under my sink to properly function on a daily basis. This is preposterous

Great location. Very convenient to everything. Apartments are very spacious. Maintenance is very pleasant and answers all problems on a timely basis. Office staff is pleasant and helpful.
