I chose the Vinings over a downtown apartment because it is located very near walking trails (Swamp Rabbit, Furman U lake etc, a large Publix as well as an increasing amount of eateries and services. As a senior I sometimes take courses at Furman's lifelong learning program and I can walk there.

I recently moved here and everyone has been super helpful and nice!! It is a beautiful apartment, as well as the grounds. I couldn’t have asked for a better view from my balcony. The neighborhood es I have met are very friendly, and I look forward to meeting more in the time to come.

Beginning with the application right up to my moving in was quick and easy, you can do everything in one place. There were no last minute fees after the lease was signed. I appreciate the office staff is professional as well as friendly. It is a lovely area the mountains are beautiful. A great location with many places for outdoor activities as well as the trails and the mountains. And coming home feels fresh and welcoming. My apartment was painted prior to my moving in. I was pleased there were no old or odd odors. I cannot say enough about how the office staff has continued to ask for feedback in order to continue making The Vinings at Duncan Chapel a place I like calling home.
