Property Ratings at The Vineyards
Lived here since 2015, very reasonably priced. Feels safe no matter what time I get home from work. Maintenance requests promptly completed, office staff professional and helpful. Highly recommended!
The apartment itself is pretty decent, the structure seems to be concrete since very little noise permeates the walls and ceilings/floors. Cox and at&t both service the whole complex so you have your choice of 100+mb internet connections. The water heater is basically under the kitchen sink so hit water is readily available to both the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is a little small, but useable. My only real complaint is regarding the parking situation, most of the parking is in the far back of the complex but nobody who owns two vehicles wants to put one back there, so the other smaller lots are pretty cramped. There have been a few times where I had to park in the back-most lot because I got home late at night and lot A (to which my apartment is connected) was completely full.
Just moved out for employment after living at the Vineyards for 4 years. Avery and the rest of the management team is outstanding. Great maintenance crew, great price, and a great place to live. Apartments are clean and up to date. I would recommend the Vineyards to anyone.
Parking lots need fixed and apartments are out dated.
