The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Villas of Pine Valley
You can never get ahold of ANYBODY. They never answer emails, phone calls, or text messages. Maintenance work orders never get filled or fixed, so many people have tried to vacate their apartments but nobody will get back with them to even see what the issues were. There have been three different people that have been in maintenance and still hardly anything gets done. There are cats EVERYWHERE, like wild feral cats that get under the apartments and use it as a litter box. I have lived here for a while and have talked with other renters (this has always been an issue for years, apparently). I have talked to other people that rent on the very bottom floor of these apartments and their apartments stay constant cold and it turns out that none of them are properly insulated which resulted in VERY large electric bills on top of them letting pipe freeze over. This is just like 5% of what is wrong with these apartments, I haven't even mentioned the roach problem either.
Multiple apartments have water leaks/ holes in the ceiling for more/up to 5 months and little to no repairs have been done in a year’s time. I think the last maintenance guy was just fired and I haven’t seen any work done since. The roofing was just redone but the old pieces were thrown off the roof and damaged most of the window screens. The deck stairs in front of the units are mostly all falling apart. Good luck getting into contact with anyone who works here also.
You can never get a hold of management. I have lived at this property for 3 years and have had at least three managment changes. I had given the management multiple notices to vacate over a two month period and have not heard anything back. A lot of the apartments have water leaks as well.
