Property Ratings at The Villas at Sandy Creek
I returned back to Sandusky after 30 years. Maria at the Villa’s was so accommodating and it enabled me to be able to transition back to Sandusky while awaiting for the appropriate time to purchase a home. I enjoy the townhouse -it’s very homey. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen has lots of cupboard space as well as an open feeling. If there’s ever an issue there quick to respond. I have not had many of those if you’re looking for something open and spacious this is the place to be.
Excellent Kitchen for cooking! It is beautiful too. Color Scheme is nice and goes with everything! Oversize Bathrooms and Closets! And a Garage to boot!! Management is Wonderful and Responsive! Doesn't get much better than this for a Rental!!
I am currently living in my beautiful ,new town home at Villas at SC . I absolutely love it ! I love the seperate living space , high ceilings, garage, pantry and the neighborhood. It’s a very quiet peaceful development. The staff are great and prompt to your all needs . Maria the manager is wonderful!
Excellent location. 15 minutes from everything in Sandusky. Easy to get out of the city (US-250 and OH-2) Recent built apartments with good finish and some amenities Excellent crew maintaining the building and surroundings. My family recommends.
I currently live in the Villa it’s amazing staff are excellent. Everything is top quality and it’s affordable. Area is very peaceful.
The Villas are so convenient to every kind of shopping and restaurant you can imagine. It's hard to believe a neighborhood in the middle of such a busy area can be so quiet and peaceful. We have a 2 bed/2 bath ranch style apartment. The layout is great and there is so much space! Love the huge island in the kitchen and there is plenty of storage. The attached garage is a blessing when you come home with a car full of groceries and other goodies you've found close by. We have neighbors on both sides of us but have never heard any noise. Maria, the manager, is super friendly and kind. Always willing to help out the residents. She listens carefully to what the residents have to say and does a great job at making the Villas at Sandy Creek a pleasant community. Brad, the maintenance guy is quick to get things done. We have had minimal issues since moving in (pretty rare in a newly built complex). Brad does a great job and has a great attitude. I would highly recommend the Villas at Sandy Creek to anyone looking for an affordable and convenient apartment in the Sandusky area.
Beautiful new townhouses! I love the tall ceilings, the lighting and amazing kitchen and closets! Extremely close to EVERYTHING! without the noise of being in town.
