Just a short drive from here, you will be in either Madison or Huntsville, Alabama for shopping and night-life. You are close to are your needs. If you like friendly people, just stop by the main office to meet Vallery, Alex, or Will. Also, in charge of maintenance is Dewayne. These nice people are there for all of your questions. If you decide to live at The Villas at Nature Walk, all of your requests and queries go to the same fine folks and are handled promptly. There are community activities which allows you to meet all the residents and socialize. The location is perfect---close to services but not in the middle of town. The office staff are amazing--super helpful and great at planning community gatherings. The grounds are immaculate and the Bark Park is such a bonus for our pets. All around--A

Apartment complex is quiet and everything is new. Overall, we are very happy living here. The staff makes a point to know the residents by name and are very responsive.

The Villas of Nature Walk is a totally enclosed community that offers a 24 hour security entrance. This property offers the most up to date amenities in the clubhouse; a large common gathering room for meetings and entertainment, including a complete kitchen and cozy fireplace; a media room with computers and printers and Wi-Fi for use by the residents; a fully equipped workout room with the latest equipment; a spacious patio/courtyard area that is perfect for picnics, sunning and swimming parties. The entire property is beautifully landscaped and maintained. Residents have use of a walking path along the full perimeter of the property for walking or jogging; perfect for walking pets. A Pet Park is located midway the walking path with picnic tables - perfect for a game of toss or Frisbee with furry friend! Each apartment is luxuriously appointed with modern kitchen appliances (stainless steel) and includes washer and dryer in each apartment. Each living area is amply spacious to maximize the comfort of you and your family. I recently downsized from a 5-bedroom home. My "house-sized" furniture fits very comfortably in my apartment (4- poster beds, sectional sofa, kitchen table for 6, etc.). The storage space provided in each apartment is excellent. In addition to a large walk-in closet in each bedroom,there is also a huge storage pantry/closet on the hallway. My apartment has a 2- car garage which has yet another large storage closet within it! I have not had the need to obtain additional commercial storage for the things I'm not using from that 5-bedroom home! You'll love the built in desk in the nook off of the kitchen for your personal computer/tech use. Great for gaming and school work for the kids and amply spacious for anyone who works from home. As great as the physical apartments and amenities are at The Villas, it would not be as great without the extra personal touches provided by the wonderful staff who manage the property. Always available and helpful for any need. They are proactive, people pleasers and make living at the Villas of Nature Walk so easy and stress free. You'll love the monthly resident get-togethers (chili cook offs, movie & game nights. BBQs, etc)! You'll love the Villas of Nature Walk!!!!

We looked for quite a long time as part of a cross country relocation and The Villas at Nature Walk always came out on top of all the places we looked at whether it was single family home, condo or apartment. We wanted a place to call home while we are looking to build a new home in the next year or so. The Staff at The Villas were so easy to work with, very pleasant and very accommodating. They have made us feel right at home and helped with some of special requests we've had to support our move. We are so glad to be back "home" in the Huntsville area and to call The Villas at Nature Walk our new "home".

If you want to feel like you are on vacation when you have not taken one this is the place to live! Val, Alex and Will are genuinely competent and caring people. There are loads of activities and ways to connect as a community.

This upscale, one-level community lives more like home than a typical apartment complex. Quality construction throughout provides private, quiet and spacious living. From floors to vaulted ceilings, finishes are more than a cut above basic builder's grade. Cheap appliances along with drafty windows and doors are a thing of the past. Not just a single stall in a detatched garage shed but a large convenient two-car, attached garage with additional storage, just like home. In addition, there is assigned parking conveniently located in front of each unit. Resort quality club house including pool, exercise facility, business center and outdoor kitchen is large enough for all. The Villas at Nature Walk have it all, even a nature walk!

Villas at Nature Walk are a perfect match of convenience and comforts. Located in a gated community on the edge of Huntsville but close to downtown, Bridge Street Market Place, the airport and the interstates. It is a pet friendly place that even has a fenced in Bark Park. Apartments are villa style so you have no one above or below you. High end fitness center. Pool and community areas including grilling and eating area and center with relaxation space and business center. And new shopping and restaurants are coming to the area. They are still building out new residences but worked area is fenced separately and not a disturbance to existing residents.

I have yet to move in but my sister and roommate is already there. She loves the layout and the space that we have. I am excited to move in at the end of the month and decorate and live in such a wonderful community

We have searched Huntsville for years looking for more than just an apartment. My wife and I are retired and were looking to sell our house, but we could not find anything in traditional apartments that we could really call home, until we found The Villas at Nature Walk. They are single story villas in a setting of quaint brick and stone, beautifully landscaped, in a green wooded setting. They are designed for casual living and look more like something you would buy rather than rent. The up keep in unbelievable. The ground crews are constantly visible. The pool is beautiful, with waterfall flowing, and flower baskets swaying in the breeze. A fire pit and grill area are available. Wi-Fi, huge weight room work out area, kitchen, and a beautiful community room. There is a dinner and a movie night ever few weeks provided by the management. If you like catered Mexican food or Bar BQ along with a family movie, you can't go wrong. It is a gated community, with manager and maintenance living in the community. We actually have neighbors and know people by name. We have found our new home!

When moving to the Huntsville area, I did a lot of research on apartments in the area. The Villas at Nature Walk was the very first apartment complex I toured and I was immediately sold! The living spaces are contemporary and can fit anyone's taste. The high end appliances were a plus as well! One story apartment complexes are a rare, but beautiful find! The amenities included in the community are phenomenal! The pool, grill stations, and gym are utilitized frequently by myself and my boyfriend. And of course, our dogs enjoy spending time in the dog park! The apartments are perfect for my taste and the staff truly makes the complex feel like a community. There is no greater place to rent from in Huntsville!

The Villas at Nature Walk is a well-kept complex with above average amenities, such as a workout room, pool, and dog park. The actual apartments are slightly above average, with stainless steel appliances, faux wood floors, laminate counters, and standard washers and dryers. For the most part, the single-story apartment complex provides residents with privacy, but one will occasionally hear the neighbors through the walls, which leads to questioning of the overall quality of the construction. The leasing agents are polite and attempt to get to know each resident on an individual level. The rules that are spelled out within the contract are strictly enforced. For example, if the trash is placed in the dumpster but not pushed all the way into the compactor, management will send out a notice. Also, if any guests want to use the amenities, management will make sure that the resident is present at all times. The cost of the apartments are much higher than most of the others in the area. Though the complex is brand new and the amenities are very nice, it is not within walking distance of any shopping or restaurants. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience living at the Villas, and I would recommend it to others.

The one suggestion I would have is an improvement to the dog park. The addition to "double gates" at each entrance would be a big help. Having these would make it much easier entering and exiting the dog park. Since dogs will come to the gate when a new dog arrives, it will prevent dogs from running off and making it much easier to enter. This is very common at public dog parks.

We have been very impressed with the Villas at Nature Walk. From the time we moved in the staff has been very helpful and has gone above and beyond to help us settle in. Being a single story apartment complex you don't have to worry about people above or below you. The apartments are beautiful with many upgraded features and the amenities are top notch! We also enjoy the quiet community that is close to everything!

This is not an apartment but a "home". Hands down this is the best place you can live in without purchasing a house. I have lived in luxury apartments before but nothing compares to this extraordinary place. All the buildings are one-story, quiet and beautiful. There is assigned parking for each resident plus additional parking for the guest. A beautiful club house is available until late evening. Additionally, there is a spectacular gym, that has more equipment then many paid gym facilities. Furthermore, there is an extra-large swimming pool and gas grill that available for the residents. If you are looking for privacy this is the place to be as the residents are located on fenced off property that is well maintained. Moreover, residents can enjoy a walking trail on the property that is within the security fence. Finally, living in one-story buildings assures residents that the property will never become overcrowded or too congested as most apartment complex eventually do. Satisfied Resident!

I keep trying to find something I don't like about the place... but I haven't. This place is magical and almost to good to be true. It is truly elite, resort style living. With all single story units, it is the quietest apartment complex I have ever seen. All new constitution means that I was the first person to rent my unit and I love it! Has top of the line everything and plenty of space. The maintenance crew is amazing and keep the grounds looking like a PGA Championship golf course. The clubhouse, world class fitness center, dog park, bbq grills and beautiful mega size pool were just icing on the cake. I was blessed to find this place. Just minutes to the gates of Readstone Arsinal my drive to work is just 3.8 miles. I do not regret my choice and recommend it to every new comerer I meet. The Villias at Nature Walk rock!!!!

The Villas at Nature Walk is a superior place to live in Huntsville. The staff is very attentive to maintenance and other issues, and always works aggressively to make sure problems are fixed and that residents are happy. The walking trail and bark park are also very nice. The spacious front porches each unit has are something you won't find in many other communities. The best aspect of the Villas at Nature walk is how well built the buildings are— I love being surprised at how low my utility bill is every month.

I moved into The Villas At Nature Walk 5 months ago and have been extremely happy I did. I put my name on a waitlist 10 months prior while trying to sell my home. When I initially visited The Villas, I knew it was the kind of place I wanted to live. Single story apartments more like town homes than apartments. Spacious, secluded, quiet, very pet friendly, and only 2 minutes from Redstone Arsenal Gate 7. The property manager at the Villas stayed in contact with me throughout the 10 months while I was selling my home. Once it sold, the staff was very accommodating in helping me get moved in with as much ease as possible. Not only did they recommend movers, the apartment was in tip top shape when I moved in. The staff is always available and very responsive. They offer monthly socials and if you have a dog, the Bark Park is an entire acre of space to run and play. The clubhouse, gym, pool and other grounds are always kept very nice. What I love most is the peace and quiet of the area with conveniences close by.

I applaud the staff at the Villas! They are so warm and welcoming and make you feel like you're part of the family. The apartment itself is fantastic. Lots of space! The vaulted ceilings make the rooms feel so open! Moving to the area from out of state and I must say, these are wonderful units to be in.

I like the convenience to Boeing and the privacy. Staff is great and the dog park is huge.

The Villas at Nature Walk provides true luxury apartment living. We looked at a lot of apartments in the area before deciding on the villas, and they definitely stood out from the rest. They tell you everything up front; no hidden fees, and the model apartment is the same as the apartments you actually move in to. The appliances are much nicer than you would expect from an apartment, and the amenities are second to none. The work-out facility is the biggest and has the nicest equipment of all the apartments that we looked at. The dog park is probably double the size of any of the others we saw. We have been very pleased and are very glad that we chose to spend a little extra money to live at the Villas at Nature Walk.

The Villas at Nature Walk is your one stop shop for high end apartment living in Huntsville or at least it was for us. The pet friendly atmosphere and mix of tenants make it feel like home. The apartments are well built and the management staff is there for every need. Look no further if you're moving to the Huntsville area or just relocating across town.

This is the most peaceful sanctuary to retire at the end of your day! Sound proof walls which makes your home life serene; hardwood floors; stainless steel appliances; fabulous floor-plans and the individual units with the feel and look of your own home. Well groomed landscaping; state of the art business and exercise facilities along with an immaculate clubhouse for entertaining poolside or by the fire and well lit parking lot for walking the nature trail inside of a gated community. This immaculate property even have a Bark Park for our four-legged friends.

I am a resident in a 2 bedroom unit at the villas at Nature Walk and I LOVE IT. I feel safe and secure at this complex and I am impressed with the building quality of our one story apartment. The staff is friendly and all of my repair requests were fixed promptly. I really enjoy living here!

It is my 8th month here at The Villas at Naturewalk. It is the best apartment I've ever been. Our apartment has no stairs, no noise from upstairs or downstairs. Great club house with spacious Gym area with high-tech gym facility. Large pool with lots of sun bed & tables. Two gas grill area (gas filled up by management) Great apartment for new family & older families.

I was so skeptical of the place at first because things were too perfect...there had to be a catch! Everything is so beautifully maintained, the people are nice, and problems are solved quickly! It is such a quiet gated neighborhood. How nice things are and how well it's maintained I forget I live in an apartment instead of a home. If you have dogs, the dog park is huge! Perfect for dogs to run around! I couldn't say enough wonderful things about this place!
