The Villas at Kennedy Creek Apartments

Great friendly staff, grounds are beautiful, and I can have my large dog with me. Management is so friendly, the manager showed me 3 different apartments without hesitation, and answered all my questions, which were a lot, without the sense that I was bothering her. The leasing gal was so sweet, she gave me all the brochures I needed and a bottle of water. I am waiting for them to have a 1 bedroom available then I will make Kennedy Creek my home! I really suggest you stop and look, you'll love it!

Kennedy Creek is hands down the best experience Ive had as I searched for a new home here. The staff cares about the residents, and the property manager Brandy is a wonderful professional and is so kind and responsive. The maintenance professional is very responsive, friendly and efficient. Excellent place to call home!

First off the lady that gave me the tour was very nice. The places are nice and spacious. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is not that desirable for the prices they are asking to rent a unit. During my office visit I was quoted a lower reasonable price but when I went online to apply the price had increased. I informed the office and they said their prices change quite often, which was not disclosed during my visit. Having inconsistent quotes is a red flag to me along with a sketchy neighborhood. Thanks but no thanks.

Kennedy Creek has exceeded my expectations about apartment living. The rents are on the higher side, but the quality of living here more than justifies that.

The Villas at Kennedy Creek feel safe, I appreciate the gated and non-smoking environment. I walk my dog before sunrise and after sunset and feel completely safe!

Beautiful community, quiet. Friendly staff, professional. Only suggestion I have is that the clubhouse be open until the time we were told it would be, 10pm; and open on Sundays as well. We are paying for those amenities and I feel they should stay open for residents to use. We just moved in August 2019 and our rent is already going up...I don't understand when you have great tenants why you'd continue to raise rent, especially when it is expensive to begin with.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My family and me came from overseas and had to find a home quickly after the military send us orders to the beautiful state of WA. We contacted this office for an apartment at the Villas of Kennedy Creek in Tumwater WA. At first, we thought we found a good place to live at. The first problem started with the move in. The apartment was not ready as promised and mind you, the date was set for a long time and we had to stay extra time at the hotel. That was already very unprofessional in my eyes. Once we moved in, I could not believe my eyes... those apartments are praised as "LUXURY" but guys, its far from that. So many things are old and not updated. the cheapest doors, floors, kitchen cabinets, counters and amenities. The maintenance is horrible, always late and took forever to get stuff done. The personnel at the office was sometimes good and sometimes bad, it depends on who was working. But I mean, people get fired there on the daily basis, that shows that they don't have qualified people there nor do they care for more personnel because they are trying to save money. Mind you, this is a "gated" community. BUT if you wanted to get into the "gated" community there was a way lol. the door in the front was never locked so you were always able to enter this community plus 50% of the time we lived there (we lived 1 year there and it could not go by faster) the gates were open anyways and we have plenty of people who can confirm that. Management does not address resident's concerns in a timely fashion. There was damage to our apartment when we moved it and it was never fixes during the entire length of our lease. We had a break-in, our heat went out, and our cars were egged and management took over 72hrs to address each of these severe issues.

I visited these apartments with my sister a few weeks back and must say that I was very impressed. It's a protected community as well, which is very important for a single woman like myself.
