Property Ratings at The Villas at Ibis Landing
Bell's management is so flawed that people come and go from anywhere here every day in the complex. I've been robbed 4 times! They cut the screen, went in and stole it. When I call there, they say they are friends with the locals. They come and go drunk, making fun, without family. And even when we tried to call to complain they said not to call because we are bothering them. Disgraceful management!
Poorly maintained place, bad service from the staff. They never solve anything. They are incompetent. My washing machine has gone days without a solution. And when we call to resolve it, they come grudgingly, as if they were doing us a favor.

incompetent administration condominium. They don't even take the garbage anymore. A shame. Condominium poorly managed by incompetent people.

Hi Gabriela. I am not sure what you mean by your comments about the trash. We do have a service who picks up the trash outside your door Thursdays through Mondays. There are some rules that must be followed for the trash to be picked up. All trash must be placed inside the trash can and placed outside your front door between the hours of 8:00 pm and midnight. If your trash is not picked up on any given night, please contact us and we will notify the trash service company immediately.

Overall positive experience, best maintenance crew I have experienced. They are experienced, professional, and responds within 2-24 hours, depending on situation. Good facilities, Trash area terrible though.
The community its organized, clean, well administrated, the management crew its awesome, the workers are amazing professional and respectful. Excellent location.
I have lived in several rental communities and Bell Parkland is by far the best. It is a clean and safe place to live and I have the confidence in the manager Karen and her staff to handle all the everyday needs to live comfortably.

A beautifully landscaped community in Parkland that is very central to everything you could possibly need, including Florida highways. Good size renovated units with lake views, quiet with very helpful staff and lovely pools .Lots of parking.

We have enjoyed living here for almost a year, and hope we can continue staying here for the upcoming year. The area is beautifully maintained with many trees and a stream that we can view from the enclosed patio of our first floor apartment. The lighting at night throughout the property is maintained and provides a safe area for Bell Parkland residents.

Bell Parkland is one of the many communities I would recommend to anyone who wants a better living, quietness, peaceful, relaxation, and most of all security to live in. The staff management are very experienced at what they are doing, and final Bell Parkland is a heavenly atmospheric.

Bell Parkland is a nice environment to live in. They are family friendly with plenty of amenities to match. Bell parkland does not micro manage life within the community. Rather, the rules are clearly written for you to follow. Maintenance quickly handles any and all issues quickly. Parking is plenty. The best of everything you need to live your life is close by and in abundance (ie. 2 Walmarts, 4 targets, 5 publix, & etc...). Its quite the life.
I have been here for years going from 2 bedroom to town home. Overall it's been an excellent experience. Office staff is great, Krystal is an excellent property manager and the maintenance staff is responsive (Jaime is a great manager of the maintenance team). Kudos to the team.
