It's a great community with great staff and amenities! As a student at Villanova, the shuttle to and from campus is also incredibly beneficial. The only issue is the struggle to find parking, but everything else is great!

Everyone has been incredibly kind, both residents and staff members! The amenities provided are incredibly beneficial and are never too busy to use. However, the parking is incredibly difficult if more than one person lives in the apartment, and there are rarely any spots left in the evening.

The area has been quiet and I have no problems getting maintenance to help when I have needed it. The office staff has been very helpful as well. It's nice to have a gym available but the area is also very walkable so you can easily walk for exercise.

Tricky sometimes with parking, but that is my only complaint. All around a positive experience, nice apartment space, nice exterior and landscaping. I have not used the gym and pool facilities much, but I am glad they are there.

The Villas at Bryn Mawr is a great option for college living. It is close to campus and has the same community feel that living on campus would. Amenities are great, so nice to have a gym and a pool. Apartments themselves are standard but moved in to a clean space.

Love living here. The employees are so kind and they are on top of maintenance whenever it is needed. Only complaint is that previous tenants are not required to clean apartments fully.

It was an very easy entrance to my building and to my apartment. Very helpful customer service on the phone as well. The move in to the apartment was also very easy and there was a lot of open parking.

Grounds are very nice but parking is very difficult if you work late. There are way too many reserved spots that cost too much to purchase. They take away from the limited "normal spaces" that remain and are already part of an additional monthly parking fee. The maintenance staff are great and respond to issues quickly.

As I begin my fourth year in the unit that I now occupy, I continue to regard the Villas of Bryn Mawr as a first-rate place to call home. I continue to enjoy the pool and appreciate the fine job the maintenance and the property-management people do. The Flex program for rent payment is extremely helpful. All in all, the Villas remains a fine place to live. George

This is a good complex. It's certainly not cheap but it's well kept with a responsive staff that works in the leasing office. I haven't had any consistent issues that would cause me to want to leave immediately, and whenever an issue arose the maintenance staff has been pretty quick to respond and address it (would usually get a response within a few hours to a day). Again the price isn't low, so that's the only thing, but if it's within your price range and you're looking for a cozy place to stay for a while (or if you're a villanova student and, again, can afford to stay here) it's a nice, safe area with nice amenities and just about everything you'd need nearby.
Great place to live if going to Villanova for grad school. Maintenance responds quickly when needed and are very friendly. Parking can be tough if you live near a smaller lot and come back back late at night but not a problem otherwise and still can find a spot just may need to walk farther than normal.
I love it here so much!! Having my own location off residence is so pleasing. Being able to have a place that is 100% mine with the amenities provided amazing!
It’s been a great experience renting from the Villas so far! The facilities are great, the people are so nice, and the workers are very helpful! I would recommend this place to others for future renting!

It is super nice at the villas and the gym and the grove are awesome amenities. I love the activities they have like the villas fest at the end of the year!

I continue to enjoy the unit into which I moved nearly three years ago. Recently, I fully retired after 32 years with Gotham Distributing, so I spend a good bit of time at my apartment. I liked the free food that was available recently,, enjoying two pork tacos. As inother years, I look forward to the pools opening, and do hope th at it will be heated. I continue to appreciate the excellent maintenance and management personnel! George

great ! i have enjoyed my time here very much. the noise can get hard because the walls are so thin, but i’m not too sure what can be done about that. maintenance is good and responds quickly !
