Property Ratings at The Villages on Millenia Apartments
DO NOT rent/move in these apartments!!!! They will not come fix issues or damages within a timely manner. Since I have lived here, I have had Ac problems, and the apartment complex did not come repair my ac till 1 week later, so I was in a 80 degree plus apartment for a full week. I also have water damage to my bedroom roof from the hurricane and that too has not been repaired! What really takes the cake I have been with out hot running water for 3 days, I put in a work order as well as spoke to the front office twice about the matter! The front office representative told me hot water was not an emergency and then hung up the phone. So at that point I called the Housings Development too report the issue. Again please DO NOT I repeat Do NOT rent from this horrible Apartment Complex THE VILLAGES OF MILLENIA. You will regret it! The staff is so disrespectful and could care less about the occupants, which I’ve witnessed numerous times in the front office! I bet if an inspector or someone comes knocking door to door to get feed back on this apartment complex, the apartment Would Fail, due to everyone being unhappy with their living conditions
