The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Villages on 4th & Sullivan
They were advertising a free month with a 12 month lease on this site. I told my contact that I was interested in that deal (screenshots available). They had me come in and put a $150 hold on the apartment. Then, they waited past the 24-hr refund window before sending me a copy of the lease which did not include their advertised special. They refused to take any responsibility and refund my money.
lived there for almost 3 years. didn't have much problems for the time being there but then once we moved out they of course charged us for things they didn't need to charge for. my boyfriend lived there in 2017 with his ex & he moved out in 2017, not 100% sure when she moved out but the amount they owed to the property for move out didn't go onto his credit report until 2021 so they allowed us to move into their property knowing he owed money to them but yet did not let us know about the money owed. just very sketchy to me that they allowed us to move in knowing he owed money but didn't say anything to us about it.

the gym hasn't been open for at least 7 months. you can hear your neighbors run around or a baby cry from the upstairs. the staff don't seem bad though. nice people.
i love the mellowness of most of the people where i am living now. sometimes the traffic at night will disrupt my sleep or i hear dogs barking real loud which startles me. the apt grounds r kept up nice. i did have a situation where i needed to get help and the situation was resolved in a timely way plus the guy was really nice to talk with.i have only lived here 5 months with my cat IRIS ANGEL, I think we r both so happy to be away from the chaos of where we formerly resided.
