Property Ratings at The Villages at Louetta Apartments
There was mold in my apartment for months and I was still required to pay rent for despite them being in violation of my lease. The gates are always broken and the community is not safe even resulting in having to park a police cruiser out front to deter crime instead of actually installing cameras.
These Apartments are great, Nice Staff in Front Office, Maintenance Request was addressed quickly. Thank You

Living in this apartment complex has been an absolute nightmare. The management consistently fails to address maintenance issues, opting to hire outside companies that provide subpar and temporary fixes. Additionally, the lack of basic amenities, such as failure to consistently collect trash, creates an unsanitary living environment. What's more, the unfair and arbitrary towing policies make it impossible to feel secure in the one place that should provide comfort and stability. Overall, this complex's disregard for its residents' well-being and the neglect of its responsibilities make it a place to avoid at all costs.

Not long after we moved in there was a leak in our ceiling and mold in our bathroom. And to top it off shortly after we noticed that our apartment was roach infested. We tried to reach out to the apartment office multiple times and no one answers.

I thought this place was a great place to live at when I originally signed my lease, but it didnt take long to find out I was wrong.
This is not a very safe place to live with the front entrance gate continuously left open.
It has been over 40 years since I was in an apartment and the quality of the apartment living has risen way out of sight
I noticed a few things that needed attention. I completed paper work and submitted in person to the office. A few hours later, Dwayne came and took care of the problem. Thanks Dwayne for the job well done!
My wife and I have always enjoyed living here at Villages at Louetta... Dwayne the maintenance manager is excellent and resolves the issue

I have lived here three and a half years. I feel blessed to live in a place where I can feel secure and at peace.
Apartments are spacious and nice. The maintenance does orders on time and the community is nice and quiet and clean.
Overall it has been a pleasant living experience in my building unit. The dogs love the dog park, it is spacious for them to fully run around. My favorite part about my living experience is my balcony. The grounds are well kept and I love all the grassy areas to walk my dogs around. The pool is beautiful as well. Maintenance is A plus and Dewayne is very good at what he does! It seems when there is any disturbance or violations from any other tenants it's taken care of in a timely manner by management. We have been here for 3 years and we plan on staying here until we can find a house. I love most about this community is the families and seeing alot of people active in the community. Always walking around and kids are playing.

I've only lived at the Villages at Louetta for about a week now, and already I'm very impressed. Apartment is fantastic, community is clean and safe, amenities are great. The leasing process was fairly simple, and the leasing office staff are prompt and attentive to your needs. All in all, a great place to live.
I’ve lived here for almost 2 years. I really like it here. The maintenance guys are great, things get fixed usually within 72 hours. The ladies at the office are friendly, haven’t had any issues with them. The complex is pretty quiet and clean. Haven’t seen or heard of any crime for the past 2 years. I feel safe here. Safety is very important for young women like me.
