This is such a wonderful place to live especially for first timers! It’s so affordable and the apartments are so nice.

Allison was amazing during the whole process! She answered any questions I had, was amazing at communication and made it super easy to move into my first apartment! It’s a quiet place with nice neighbors!

I moved in two weeks ago and I have zero regrets. I’m so happy that I am here. The units are very clean and well taken care of, it is very quiet and peaceful here. The process of choosing this place to live and all the steps of moving in was made so easy and stress free by Amanda! She answered every single question I had and ALWAYS responded right away…I felt very comfortable about the whole process thanks to Amanda and I would highly recommend this location to anybody looking!

Signed up for a tour and met Amanda, who is a phenomenal leading agent. Was helpful the entire way through the leasing process, and was a joy to work with.

Great community in a great area. The office team were incredibly friendly and helpful! They made the application to move-in process a breeze. The 2-bedroom is super spacious and very nice. Highly recommended!

Our year and a half at the village quarter has been wonderful! The highlight is certainly the helpfulness and cooperation of the staff, especially Amanda. Every issue we have is resolved swiftly. Maintenance requests, questions for the office, and records updates are all taken care of quickly. Our building is nice and our 3-bedroom apartment is great for the price.

I am currently searching for apartments and the team members really made sure to show me some great spaces. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the clubhouse and enjoyed the apartments! Has made my list of top places!

From the get go, Zach S. and the office staff were so accommodating and warm. The facilities are well maintained; the maintenance team, responsive. The Village Quarter feels like a neighborhood. I have such a good feeling about my son living here!

I love the space and comfort in the area. I get a ‘home, sweet home’ feeling every time I walk through my door. The office staff was really nice and the apartments were very clean. The Village Quarter is highly recommended.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious! The laundry room is very convenient and clean as well. The staff here are very helpful, especially Amanda, she is very kind and good at making you feel comfortable and welcome! (also the hallways smell like pumpkins????)

Do not rent here!!! Unfortunately I signed a lease july 2022 and the place is horrible. The place is very unsafe. The only reason I rented was for the pool and the department of health has closed it. The gate is constantly open to the pool. There is no lights on the main streets so they are very dark and hard to see people walking…. The lights are in the parking lots. Makes it very unsafe for security and for safety. There are no locks on the main doors so anyone can get into any building and the locks are flimsy… I have a door bar and mace Because I feel so unsafe. Outlet and laundry room exposed. The hallways are dirty and smell. My apartment is next to the road and it sounds like the Indiana raceway …. It is so loud.I tried to get out of my lease just days after moving in but it would be two months notice and a $2000 penalty. The lease is absolutely ridiculous. The pool one has been closed for over two weeks and they have a no compensation to tenants. Even though according to their lease we have rights to the facilities they advertised. I Am writing this so students and parents don’t make a mistake of renting here.

Don’t live here if you want to be treated like crap or like you’re dumb because the staff does not care. Don’t bother putting in a maintenance request because it just gets ignored at 3.5 months… if you have any respect for yourself don’t live here. The staff is sooo rude and judgmental. I know they are under new ownership but if they never get rid of old staff, which is the problem, nothing will change and it will be a nightmare living at VQ. Don’t waste your money or your time, this place is not worth it, they suck and their attitudes suck.

I really don’t have anything bad to say about this complex. The maintenance is very attentive, facilities are very clean and the staff is VERY friendly. I signed a lease without seeing my unit first, was pleasantly surprised when I arrived, and only have continued to be pleasantly surprised since. I just signed on for another year because on top of all of this, the price can’t be beat!

We didn't have much of a problem with the unit itself. For the price, the apartments are fairly nice for the area. You can hear the neighbors' conversations through the vents and walls and can hear any music they play. So this isn't the quietest of living situations. The majority of the staff are helpful and friendly, although the maintenance crew is not always respectful of the residents' schedules and may block in your car or make a lot of noise. They also smoke outside of the apartments. There are a few individuals that work on the staff that are quite rude to residents and speak to you in a demeaning manner. That is probably the worst part of renting from VQ. They claim to be pet friendly but seem to just be mad you have a pet the entire time. One particular individual on staff would follow people walking their pets while in her car. They have a few pet waste stations (although there aren't as many as you'd expect or hope for) but otherwise there isn't much there to attract pet owners. Lighting around the sidewalks is touch and go, so walking the dogs at night isn't aways comfortable. There isn't a pet park. Overall, staying with VQ was adequate but it wouldn't be my first choice.

My fiance and I just moved in and I love this place. It's a one bedroom, which is perfect for a couple. The living room is the perfect size to host small get-togethers. The bedroom has a walk-in closet and the room is big enough for our king sized bed and dressers. The hot water lasts for 45 minutes, if not more. It comes with appliances, except for a washer and dryer. This apartment is a great place to live and I love it.

This apartment complex is a good apartment if you're needing a safe place to stay. We have lived there for 3 years and have never had a safety issue. The cost of the apartment was much less 3 years ago than what it is now per month. Unfortunately with the raising rent prices, nothing cosmetically ever gets done at this apartment complex (outside or inside). That is much of a letdown due to the fact that there are nicer apartments in the area for the same cost. All-in-all, we have had exceptional service and have always been taken care of.
