The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Village at Old Town
They did the bait and switch on me when I moved in. Then the apartment I moved into was disgusting and gross. There was so many things wrong with it. They refused to fix. There was always something wrong that never got fixed. There was also water damage on the roof that literally caused the ceiling to rot and start leaking water all over my bedroom furniture and floor. They never cleaned anything.

I am sorry you feel that way about us. Surely if you called and put in a service request we would have it taken care of. We work extremely hard here to help make sure our tenants are taken care of. Things happen all the time if you had issues that needed to be addressed we would have done everything to get that resolved. Hope you have a better day!
Management is great Tracy and David are helpful if there's a maintenance issue it's taken care of quickly staff is friendly premises are kept clean problems are quickly addressed rent is very reasonable all around great place to live
They are cool but just extremely nosey I don’t know if it’s due to Violence in that area but they are Nosey.
The management is quite friendly. Maintenance is always done in a timely manner the security systems on the buildings are quite sound the only way into one of the buildings is with a card. The neighbors are friendly and kind and overall it is a great place
I have a 2bed 1bath and it has open space. The staff are very friendly and any time there is an issue they are quick to respond. Both Renee and Dana do a very good job informing the tenants of maintance work or pest control ect.
This place is infested with bed bugs and management will charge YOU for exterminating charges! Hallway smells like weed all the time, management changes every month. If you like living around shootings and drugs this is your place. There is a reason they rent so cheaply.
I'm a single mom with 2 kids in highschool. It's affordable and quite comfortable!
The leasing office was very helpful while my family and I were looking for a new home. Close to school and work for me. And very nice floor plans. Thank you Village staff.??
