They only care about the money. No activity, poor property maintenance. To many rules. Rent increases yearly regardless of income. Amenities if any decline. Not worth the price for a retired slightly disabled senior. Look else where.

This is a poorly maintained property. There is a significant problem with insects. The environment does not provide for or encourage senior activity to maintain physical and intellectual engagement with life!
