Moved here because I thought it would be a safe complex being that they sold me on Secure Parking Garages and having a FOB system to get into building. Well.....Garage gates are constantly broken and so are the elevators. At one point we had homeless people living in the garages and cars have gotten broken into. They don't give residents parking decals. The doors into the buildings are broken so strangers can come in anytime. The hallways do not get cleaned with this new mgmt. company that started in April. The smell of pee and poop are disgusting. Stairwells are not cleaned. Maintenance comes in and doesn't turn of lights and leaves a mess. Your lucky to even get a request filled. They do not do anything when neighbors are blaring their music till 3 AM. THIS MGMT. COMPANY DOES NOTHING. They don't even answer there phones half the time.

He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions (and I had many) and was very knowledgeable through it all. He truly made what was such a stressful time very seamless for us. Post move, I have still received excellent service from them - I have no complaints! The new management is superb and I would absolutely recommend. Notable mention, the location is perfect! I just have to say, the new management has been absolutely amazing since taking over! The fire alarms were such a nuisance before, going off for hours on end almost every day. But once the new team came in, they fixed the problem within a day and we haven't heard a single alarm since! I know there are some negative reviews floating around, but honestly, some residents just need to give them a chance to make positive changes. And let me tell you, Darius is an absolute gem! He's a true southern gentleman from Texas and always goes above and beyond for us residents. If you need anything from the office, he's your guy!

Moved here because of the amenities. What a bad mistake. Pools are dirty and cloudy. Hot tubs never work. Grills don't work. Garbage, dog poop & urine in hallways, stairwells and elevators that never get cleaned up or take forever. It smells real bad in the stairwells and the stairs looked like they've been peed on. Parking garage gates are constantly broken which allows strange people to come in and hang out. Not very safe.
There is excessive noise at this apartment complex. I live on the 4th floor where every night into the early morning hours you will hear people skating, shouting, running, on the roof. If you do live here please be mindful of Excessive Noise.
This place is awful! Fire alarms go off monthly, maintenance never shows up or does 1/2 of their job and never comes back. No one in the office does anything. Don’t let the parking garage gates fool you they will never close and haven’t in years. There are roaches just chilling in the hallways. The pool is never clean, the hot tub hasn’t been hot in years. They say they are renovating each recreational space but they aren’t and will make excuses as to why. They give little to no updates when there is an emergency. Since the parking garage doors don’t close you can never find parking spaces due to general public using the garage. If you have a balcony it will have bugs and lizards and be really nasty they do not clean it before move in!! Please save yourself the struggle and move somewhere else!! I regret moving here every day!!

Lake Lily is a very nice place to live. I have no issues at all w/ the staff nor the maintenance. Its very clean. I have NO BUGS/ ROACHES. (Thank you staff for the AWESOME up keep.) They clean the hallways at a reasonable time. The tenants need to clean up behind there pets mishaps and not ignore that fact a mess was made on the hallway floors. I would recommend this place to others for sure.

The Village at Lake Lily has one of the best locations in the Orlando Area. Having many restaurants and shops within walking distance, a farmers market every Sunday right outside your door, and many lakes you can walk around for exercise are just a few reasons to move here. You also have the option of two different pool areas with very comfortable furniture to lounge on. We absolutely love the convivence of having an elevator when you're moving in or out and to use when you're feeling lazy. The parking garage is one of the best features! It's nice to not get covered in rain walking to your car and being able to unload your groceries on the floor you live on. There are many options of layouts to choose from and have very spacious kitchens (which is important to us).

For the most part things run very smoothly here at Lake Lily. The best part are the people that come and take the garbage and the maintenance workers who fix things in the apt. are terrific. They are very friendly and hardworking. The groundkeepers are also very good and the personal who work in the office are friendly and hard working. Over all, so far it's been a good experience.

We are now going on 9 yrs of being residents at The Village At Lake Lily. We have seen many changes. Some that were for the better, then worse, and now much better once again with our current management team of true and caring associates. We feel that this management team, the location, and the lovely apartments make for this to be the best living choice for a good quality of life living experience.
Good place to live
Ive lived here long enough that Lake Lily is just where my home is now. I sold my house in Winter Park to live at Lake Lily and be closer to my parents who also live here. Back then it was owned by The Morgan Co. and was a completely different kind of property. 5 Star concierge style with hallways that smelled like fabuloso and flower beds packed with mulch. Not a light bulb was out or a gate broken for longer than a day. The inside and outside of the building was always in tip top shape. I know now to not expect that it will ever be the same as it used to be. The people in the leasing office are great and the maintenance team is amazing but the way in which things are handled and the way that the property is taken care of continues to underwhelm me. In general I like living here, I love the amount of space I have inside of my apartment I still really enjoy the pool. Its a dog friendly community in a great location. There are no other perks or feelings of luxury apart living. All negative and positive reviews online are an accurate description of Lake Lily. Its a nice place to live but an older apartment complex that needs a lot of work.

I've really enjoyed living at The Village at Lake Lily! The staff is amazing and very friendly. Also, they just redid the entire interior of the building (hallways including floor and ceiling and it's BEAUTIFUL! Also, the residents that live here are always very friendly and welcoming. I can see myself living here for a very long time.
I highly recommend The Village at Lake Lily due to the close proximity to several desirable restaurants, access to Lake Lily park for exercising and outside enjoyment, safety and ability to park your car in a secure garage. The units are fairly up to date and rental prices are fair for the area given their competitors. The bathtubs are the best! The maintenance staff, Angel specifically, is exceptional and always pleasant. There are a lot of units so sometimes scheduling repairs can be difficult if you prefer to be home to let them in, otherwise, they have taken great care of issues I've had in a relatively timely manner. I love that there are two pools to choose from.
This place is the best! The office and Maintenance team are completely phenomenal, and surpassed my expectations especially during a pandemic. I am over at all pleased as a resident of the Village at Lake Lily. The amenities are beautiful, the grounds are stunning.

Great staff, amazing location, right next to lake lily park and restaurants downstairs. This apartment is good for anyone single or couples with no children. The building is old so expect some maintenance issues along the way, but the staff is amazing, theyre always there to help and very punctual. Youll have to pick up your packages at the post office because the office doesnt accept packages. The amenities are great and the Gym is very nice.
The Village at Lake Lily has been my home for a month now! I absolutely love waking into my new apartment home, filled with comfort and beauty. The location is absolutely central to everything you could possibly need, not to mention the surroundings are beautiful! I highly recommend speaking to Matt for all your leasing needs! He made the process quick and easy and we were moved in in no time!
Despite the first few days of hiccups, everything has been great since.

Lake Lily is a pleasant place to live. The management/staff are very nice and easy to get along with. The location is awesome. They do a good job w/ the up keep of the community.

The Village at Lake Lily has become our home and is an amazing community to live in and is luxury living at its finest. Beautiful indoor and outdoor amenities, central to Maitland and all it has to offer, convenient to parks, dining and shopping, and a wonderful staff. It's only been one month since I moved in, but so far, I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. From the beginning, we have been well taken care of by Amanda, ensuring we got the floor plan and apartment of our choice. They have so many floor plans and choices, it's sure to be a fit for everyone. And the surrounding area... definitely something to check out. The Village at Lake Lily is a MUST VISIT.
