Great living environment, beautiful landscape. Staff always respond to maintenance issues as soon as they can. USUALLY very quiet and neighbors are courteous. Parking is terrific. Laundry machines within the apartment unit is super convenient.

Great place to live. When you walk out on your porch or balcony you can not tell you are living in the middle of town. It is like you are living in your own little world.

I recently decided to move back to Porterville to be closer to my work. In making the final decision to rent and live in a apartment again. I found that the Village At Henderson was the only logical choice. It was centrally located in the city, close to a park, major stores, and restaurants etc. I found the apartment's to be furnished with modern style and amenities. The gated complex feels relatively safe and secure. In addition the courtyard is spacious with a very short walk to the mailboxes, pool/BBQ area, and gym. I had found living in the Village At Henderson has definitely been a positive experience and has met my expectations in the short time that I have lived here.

This is a beautiful apartment complex. The amenities are amazing and the apartments are clean and beautifully updated, with granite countertops and extra-large patios, making it a perfect cozy home for us and our dog. The grounds are dog-friendly as well. I was not expecting to have the doggy bags stations out there and bags free for us to use. This was a nice addition for us, new to apartment living. The management has been very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place!

Jackie the Community Manager is awesome. She understood my issues and did everything she could to help me get moved in when I needed to. All of the staff were very helpful and took care of my needs. Being a Manager at another business in town I would love to have a staff like them. The apartment is great and well worth the price paid. You can walk out on your balcony and if you didnt know better you would never know you were in the middle of town or a block from a high school.

Office staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff are top of the line! I needed a few minor things fixed and they came in and completed everything in less than an hour on the same day I brought up my concerns. The community feels safe. Its clean and well maintained.

Village at Henderson is a great place to live, with swimming pool, jacuzzi, workout room with TV, and a meeting room. Also, each apartment unit has a patio area, washer and dryer. Easily the nicest apartment complex in Porterville. All staff are really nice and always helpful.

The complex is amazing but the property management gave me keys to the apartment when it was not ready. The frames of the door were eaten by an animal, the apartment was NOT CLEAN, even during our COVID times, yet they thought it was move in ready.

We knew it was not ready, but wanted to provide the courtesy of allowing you to see the condition of the apartment. The community manager and maintenance director also stayed after hours to rid the apartment of the debris and take care of the uncleanliness left behind from the new flooring install. We recognize our mistake, and as such we hope you appreciated the rent credit we gave you for the days it took us to correct and have the apartment ready. Unfortunately, the wait time on the door frames was out of our control and we were not able to repair them until the following week. Again, we hope you understand we recognize our mistake and appreciate the rent credit we gave you to make up for the days the apartment was not ready. Thank you.

This is a very good place to live but it is extremely expensive for the area. Ive lived in West Los Angeles and the rent here is comparable. But, you get what you pay for, it is quiet and safe. The only real complaint is that this apartment complex is next to Henderson Ave, which is a very loud street. You will hear drag race cars go off every night.

Cozy apartment in strategic location. The only gated community in town with newer facilities. Clean jacuzzi and the pool is not heated. Very small dining area but spacious living, bedroom and bathroom for 1 bed, 1 bath layout. Washer and dryer in the patio. Dryer takes a few runs especially in the winter to completely dry. Sliding door blinds breaks easily. Lots of silverfish and crockroaches when the weather warms up. Nice lawn area in the middle. Very dusty in the balconies especially after they blow the leaves off the roads. Weird smells settle towards the night so don't leave your sliding door open at night to ventilate. Electric coils produces chemical smell when turned on. Good size oven and refridgerator. Lots of storage space in kitchen, linen closet and bathroom closet. Toilet flushes well, adequate pressure. Working smoke detectors, even steam from an electric water kettle can trigger the alarm. AIr conditioning unit can be a little loud.

A nice quiet community ran by two very nice and professional women. I am always greeted with a friendly smile in the office. They seem to really enjoy their job. The neighbors are mostly very friendly. I couldn't ask for more.

Its overpriced and not luxury. Not even safe. You allow families of 7-10 people share a 2 bedroom apartment. Plus homeless steal from the porch and dumpster dive. No security. No locked gates.
