I've been a resident at The View at Woodstock for over a year now, and I have to say, it's been an absolute pleasure living here. The community is clean, quiet, and the staff is top-notch. Milton, our property manager, has been instrumental in making sure every issue is addressed promptly and with a smile. He's always available to chat and offer advice on local amenities and recommendations. Nina, the assistant manager, has also been fantastic - her friendly demeanor and attention to detail have made me feel like I'm part of the family. The apartments themselves are spacious and well-maintained, with modern appliances and comfortable living spaces. The amenities are also a major plus - the pool is always sparkling clean, and the fitness center is fully equipped. Overall, I'm so glad I chose to make The View at Woodstock my home!

I had the pleasure of touring at The View at Woodstock and it was truly a luxurious community! From the moment we arrived, Jessica and Bri were warm and welcoming, making us feel like we were part of the family. My experience was much less pleasant than I anticipated. The overall maintenance of the complex is very lax, with dirty breezeways, dog poop everywhere, broken gates and elevators that are out of order for weeks. Not responsive to any questions or needs. I finally moved out and after receiving my security refund, two days later they stopped payment on the check. I have tried to contact both leasing office and corporate office many times. I’ve called, emailed, stopped by and sent an actual letter with absolutely no response. If there was a valid reason, I’m totally ok with that but would still like to know what it was. There are lots of apartments, choose one of those.
We have been at The View for almost a month now and it has been a very pleasant experience. Briana helped us with the entire process of applying, getting a move in date and with any questions after move in. She was great and the entire process went smoothly.

The apartments has NO insulation between floors. I can hear my neighbor walking across the floor, their washing machine running, vacuum cleaner, shower running. When they are walking across the floor is really loud because they were hard sole shoes. I smell cigarette smoke coming from their apt. into my apartment. Leasing office stated there is basically nothing they can do about this. One of the office staff, Briana has been extremely rude to me on several occasions.

This is a fabulous place to live. It's clean, spacious, and has excellent amenities. The staff is wonderful; however, I must say that Briana is the absolute BEST! Really, she is amazing! My pup and I love it here :)

Absolutely the worst management!! They DO NOT CARE. It’s almost funny how much they don’t care. It’s almost like they’re being paid to overlook the things that go on in this place. It’s no longer feels safe to live here! The activity that goes on it UNREAL! No cameras anywhere. Highly suggest you look elsewhere asap!!!!!

I would not recommend living at the view. The price has continued to increase even though the quality of living has decreased. It's become unpleasant to live here.

We moved in March 2019. Have been the only ones to live in this apartment. When We first moved in everything was beautiful. The staff was excellent. First rent increase was expected as a annual increase is expected. Second rent increase was ridiculous! Over 300$. Paid it cause we weren’t prepared to look for a new home. It seems the quality of this place has found a new low and just stays there. The elevator was broke for a whole month. Gates slam when they use to soft close. Card reader face plates have been missing for at least a year. Dog poop is everywhere! I have neighbors downstairs that crank up music. I have called at least 5 different times to get it turned down. The apartment is nice and i like the location. Just wish the people living here would take a little more pride in where they live.

Cleanliness of premises had deteriorated drastically. Not only is there pet waste all over the grounds but there are spider webs and dead bugs in all hallways. Trash pick up leaves streams of garbage water on the floor to dry or get sticky and smell awful. The Elevator has BEEN broken for weeks now and there is no update of a fix. All of the gate key card readers are damaged and are yet to be replaced. If they are going to raise Rents and Miscellaneous fees atleast keep up with your property. It use to be luxury, now it's a disappointment

Beautiful place to live. Well maintained...... personally I can not spend much more on rent (see website rates). The View is making it more and more difficult to park due to loading restrictions, and reserved. I guess if I have numerous bags of heavy groceries I park in the loading area with flashers??

At the end of 2020, I was transplanting from downtown Chicago, IL to Georgia for work, and decided to move to Woodstock because my brother has lived here for some time. He gave me three recommendations for apartment complexes in Woodstock, and I had to decide site-unseen. Michelle was extremely helpful in helping me decide The View as my place of residence. She informed me about the location, what Woodstock offers, and how easy it is to shoot down 75 to Atlanta. She even made a personal video walk-thru of the unit I was eyeing, which made it an easy decision. I've lived here since early January, and I've not once regretted my decision. The staff is AMAZING (Michelle, Nicole, Whitney, Maria, Jorge). They make the entire community feel like home, and are super helpful with anything that comes up. All the tenants at the View are friendly and love to have a fun time at the pool, which makes everyone feel included. I'm so glad I chose to live here. It's made my transition to a new city as smooth as it could be!

Great apartment complex with stellar views, amenities and very friendly staff.
