My experience moving it was great! A minor hiccup with cleaning but they made sure everything was handled quickly! All the staff in the office is great and easy to work with!

The Moving process with the assistant of the office staff was great and seemless. Andi and Brooke were very helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward for a great experience.

The staff at the apartment community is very welcoming very friendly. When moving in they were very helpful with their process and procedures. They informed us how everything will work and how to set things up like WiFi, electricity, insurance, ect… overall great move in experience.

Lovely community. Brand new homes with great accommodations. The staff are all great and willing to help at a moments notice, and the community spaces are all state of the art.

Have truly loved living here since we moved in. It’s a quiet family friendly neighborhood that has clean amenities. Maintenance requests get handled quickly and professionally. We love it here

Love it here. Just moved in and it is so peaceful. My dogs love the dog park and walking the neighborhood. I highly recommend starting a new chapter of your life here.

No real complaints. Rent is pretty expensive, but that's not just here. Units are basically new. Maintenance are responsive and friendly. Grounds are clean and taken care of. It's actually quiet here despite being a mile away from the interstate. Win, win.

The best community I’ve lived in. Very inclusive. Lots of fun community events. Stylish and modern. Fabulous amenities. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking.

Great experience moving into the Venue. Friendly staff and helped with all my questions and made me feel welcomed. After move in, continued to answer questions and help me get settled in.

It is a very nice place to stay, the amenities are great and the bathroom and other facilities are very nice too. All appliance are Samsung which is great.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT IF YOU LIVE HERE OR ARE THINKING ABOUT IT. If you are moving out, make sure to document EVERYTHING. These folks will try to charge you as much as possible. We had no pets and lived there for less than 1 year (literally let out of our lease because they won't enforce nonsmoking policy). They have sent us a document outlining a $1,197 charge to replace carpets that were left in the literal same shape as when we moved in. The manager explained to me how they hire a second party who looks at things and then a third party decides whether the carpets are salvageable (usually because pets tend to do a number on carpets--we have no pets). Thankfully, I took photos and video of our unit when we moved in and when we left, so we are protected. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE! The most toxic renting experience of my LIFE.

Awesome community! Everyone is friendly and as a parent I feel very safe. It’s nice to know people still care about where they live and the people around them.

The homes are nice, spacious, and affordable. Plus, the community is super cozy with many amenities! Perfect for families looking for a home.

We are extremely pleased with The Venue. Our townhome was very clean at move in. From the carpet, walls, and appliances, everything was in pristine condition. The property grounds are clean and well maintained.

The resident and their kids and Dogs is very sad it’s sad that residents don’t treat this property like it’s their own home.I feel like it should be some Restrictions for people with their pets and their kids.

I absolutely love how peaceful it is here. This really is the calm that i needed when I moved out of the city. It is beautiful and calm but still close enough to shopping that it doesn't seem like a huge hassle.

Overall we do love it here. Would tweak a few things but grateful to feel at home!! The pool opening back up is amazing and I’m so excited for the summer !

I love living at the Venues! Maintenance is great they respond quickly and are very polite and efficient. The main office young ladies have been really helpful as well I do wish they answered to phone more often.

The neighborhood's got a great vibe, with plenty of local spots to explore. You're really enjoying the community feel and the convenience of having amenities nearby. It's a great place to call home.

I have been living here at The Venue for about two months now, and I have to say I’m loving my experience so far. The office staff has been so helpful and accommodating, even before my move. Also, the community is very lively, but never disruptive. I work from home, so I am always here lol. No complaints so far!! :)

You really want my honest opinion? This place is far from luxurious, for starters. We've been here almost two years, and something goes wrong every time! The trash compactors are always broken, to the point that people just throw everything away. We can't use the clubhouse, which, honestly, we pay enough money to use anytime we want. When we had a snowstorm, no one cleaned the sidewalks part of the maintenance crew's job and when we mentioned it to the leasing office, we got an excuse or that they were working on it. For the amount of rent we pay, you would think things would be done proficiently. The leasing office seems to lack understanding and only care about paychecks. The only person who has been diligent seems to be Brooke, that girl needs a raise. The Venue needs a lot of work if they truly want to be a "luxury townhome" community, because I have seen luxury, and this is not it.

My fiancé and I recently moved into the Venue. Brittney was amazing, she helped us tour different units and sign our lease. Our apartment was pristine. The only issue we have noticed is that residents do not clean up their dog’s poop. This is gross, and dangerous for other dogs as it can spread diseases.

We love it here! The enclosed porch is our favorite. We love the pool being open until October!! The maintenance team is always very on top of things and they’re so beyond kind.

This is the most enjoyable place that I have ever lived. It is so quiet and it is so clean they keep they keep the grounds immaculate maintenance is very prompt. Some places you live maintenance you call for maintenance and there. They will come five days later but if you call for maintenance here they come as soon as you call if it's a diary emergency and if not, they're there the next day, you see maintenance show up so, this is a wonderful place and I would recommend it to anyone that would like to live here. I’m pretty sure we will be living here for years. When we first moved to KC from Los Angeles a few years ago we have been from bad homes and bad management. The Venue has been sooooo amazing we couldn’t imagine moving anywhere anytime soon. We’ve even convinced others to move here ??

I am a new resident at The Venue and I couldn’t be any happier. The staff goes beyond measures to ensure that you have a smooth application and move-in process.

Very clean, very easy process. There was a little hiccup with the unit we wanted to rent, but sounds like there was just some miscommunication. Other than that, smooth process from start to finish.

At first I thought 1339 sq ft for me and my 3 young kids wouldn’t be enough, but this feels like plenty of space for all of us! I love my townhome. It’s clean and has nice appliances that sing lol My kids love the space as well, even the unfinished basement. I can’t hear my neighbors next door and I find there’s enough storage for us. Overall, I’m very pleased.

So far I have been at the Venue for about 1 1/2 weeks and I can say I love it. The office staff is friendly, the neighborhood is peaceful, everyone is respectful with their pets, and I have very pleasant neighbors. I am more than please with my decision of moving from my previous townhome to here.

Move-in process was super easy. I was a little upset that we did not get a unit with a patio and basement but the team was helpful. Excited to be a part of the community and enjoy the great amenities at the Venue

Very nice place and people thus far. Kori has been very helpful. Quiet place with nice access to convenient shopping and food. It has green space and is dog friendly

After living here for a few months I can honestly say this is a great location to start and raise a family. The staff and maintenance personnel are so courteous and upstanding with any issues that come up.

Amazing community to live in! Everyone is so friendly and maintenance always makes sure you’re taken care of! Definitely recommend to everyone!

The venue is a beautiful place to live very friendly neighbors and a very short drive to the store. When we first toured we loved the 2 bed but ended up in a 3 bed wanting the bigger space.

The Venues in such a great location. There’s a great, lovely trail to walk on right behind it with beautiful views. The staff is really nice and move in was a breeze. Can’t wait to try out the pickle ball courts!

Beautiful Community, leasing staff are sweet and kind, so glad I found this community! The amenities are great, I can work out anytime I please!

Friendly Staff, Beautiful Layout, Several Amenities, Great Location. The homes have so many features unlike other communities. Walking tails are always a plus.

Very easy move in process and very welcoming. The location and condition of the property is amazing! Loving it! I would definitely recommend this property to those looking for a lovely rental community that’s pet and family friendly.

Most everything is good. Floors creek a bit. The pool was supposed to open a few weeks ago and is still not open and we have not received any updates as to why it’s not open, or when it will be open. Pretty disappointed since we are paying an amenity fee and can’t use the amenities.

We have been here for about a week now, and it is a beautiful neighborhood! Apartments are spacious, modern, and gorgeous! Can't wait to see our future in this new place after getting fully settled in.

Overall it’s been a great experience! Maintenance is great and fast, and there’s fun things around holidays that they’ve and provide to the residents! The pool has been super delayed in opening though!

I have only been living here a few weeks , but So far it’s been very quiet which I love. Can’t wait for the pool to be open, hoping this will be done soon .

Love the location, how quiet the neighborhood is and really enjoy our neighbors. The staff is always responsive and friendly. Most importantly, our dog loves it here.

The neighbors are so friendly! I love walking my dogs and stopping to talk to other dog owners that have patience while mine adjust. The balcony is our favorite spot for dinner!

The move in process was simple and easy, the person who helped us was very attentive and quick to respond with our questions and even called us back with the answers to questions she didn’t know.

We absolutely love The Venue!!!! All of the leasing staff were super helpful getting us into our new home. We couldn’t thank them enough!!!!

The website led us to believe that all Beaumonts have a basement but apparently only some of them do and it was confusing and caused an issue on move in day. The 2 office attendants stayed and made sure everything was corrected and we got the floor plan we were originally expecting. They did a great job, just giving 4 stars because the website does not make it clear there exist floorplans not shown on their advertisement.
