This place is actually pretty decent. I just wish maintenance actually fixed the problem in a timely manner. We’ve been without AC in our rooms for almost a month now and it’s HOT outside.

It has the best prices in statesboro! They make it easy to be able to live on your own as a fulltime college student!! The commute to the colleges isn’t that bad either, ranges between 5-20 minutes depending on way of traveling there!

Circuits are incredibly weak. They can't even handle an air fryer and a microwave being on at the same time. The garbage disposal has broken twice. Our ac broke twice and it took them the entire semester to fix it. Overall horrible service. Only good thing to say is it's cheap and the new maintenance guy is cool.

This is not the apartment complex that you want to live in. It’s old broken down and basically falling apart. Guys on motorcycles be making extreme noise every day and you hear gunshots all the time. What you see online is not what you see in person. Do yourself a favor and don’t move in the Vault!!!

Overall its good and affordable. The fountain water tastes bad though and there is dog poop in the grass. The gym is also very derelict and some machines are either broken of break easily.

The move in process was smooth. The only thing I’ve complained about is the timely manner of the maintenance. They just do not come fast enough but other than that the living expense is great and the process was smooth sailing before moving in.

Everything was great, i just didnt like my move in because it was still trash in theapartment,and fruit flies, and no shower head! lol other than that its okay. it is very quiet and the cats keep the insects and other critters away.

I love the set up of our apartment. I obviously love that we have our own bathroom per room. I do like that building 700 always keep trash & poop around. Very smelly & unsanitary. The living cost have went up and I don’t think the rent places realize that late fee starting in the 3rd is insane. Most renters give until the 5th at least. But overly I would rate our community a 3/5.

With one of the closest locations to campus and a shuttle, I never worry about getting to my class n time. with being able to sleep in versus people who live off away from campus.

Love it here
When I was first looking for apartments close to Georgia Southern, others were quite rude and short on the phone but the staff at the Vault were above and beyond in professionalism. I had to change my initial viewing appointment and they were so accommodating. Upon move in, there were no issues that management weren't eager to solve right away or provide a quick solution to. The grounds are always kept trimmed and maintenance does a great job. Management, office staff and maintenance staff are very polite, friendly, professional and efficient in all that they do. I plan to stay at The Vault till college is over because I love it here :)

Best Quality for your $$
I have lived at The Vault for almost two years now, and I can honestly say that I really think I am getting the most for my money. Everything in Statesboro is too expensive or too unkempt. You get exactly what you pay for at The Vault, having unlimited utilities included pays for itself.

Overall Great!!
The vault is an amazing complex to live at. The price for what you get is great and the location is close to campus, grocery stores, etc. The front office staff and management is extremely friendly and will always work with you if you have any problems come up. Maintenance will come to fix whatever work order you had put in early the next morning, when they come they always wear a mask and make sure to wait a few minutes after knocking instead of just barging in. The kitchen is a great size compared to most other complexes in statesboro, there is a lot of counter space which is important when it comes to living with roommates. Each bedroom has their own bathroom, bed storage, and built in desks which helps save a lot of space in the room for other things you might want to add instead of having bulky furniture sticking out. Their roommate matching is great, the person I was randomly placed with ended up becoming one of my best friends and we are just alike. Overall the vault is one of the best complexes you could consider in the area! They are always updating things and cleaning up the outside areas to maintain its cleanliness for residents.
