As the largest city in Solano County and the 10th-largest city in the San Francisco Bay Area, West Vallejo has become a hot destination for families, singles, and artistic individuals looking for beautiful historic Victorian homes and a growing community that is much more affordable compared to others in the Bay Area.
There’s plenty to do in West Vallejo, from outdoor activities to nightlife, restaurants, and coffee shops. With easy access to San Francisco by ferry or an hour drive by car away, this mostly suburban community rests far enough from the urban environment to be a mellow break from the hustle and bustle, but close enough that indulging in all of San Francisco’s sights — from the Golden Gate Bridge to the Coit Tower — are never too far away to enjoy.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Valencia
Living in a quiet apartment offers a peaceful escape from the noise and rush of the city. Imagine returning home to a cozy space with great staff who are attentive and supportive, creating a welcoming environment. It’s a place where you can truly feel at ease, making each day a little brighter.
Save yourself long term headaches, sleepless nights, and ongoing maintenance issues by NOT MOVING HERE! I lived here for 15 months, and instantly regret it within the first week of my move. "Gated Community" yet the gate is always broken down, doesn't get fixed in a timely manner, and the neighboring communities have the gate code to access. My vehicles were vandalized twice, and they do not have security cameras. PAPER THIN WALLS The same week of our move in, we started hearing the next door neighbors argue, talk, and play music. Basically if you don't want to sleep at night, these walls are perfect, as you can hear everything your neighbors do. APPLIANCES DON'T WORK IN KITCHEN We were blessed with a non working overhead microwave. We reported to management the same week of our move in, and instead of fixing the issue or replacing the appliance, maintenance provided us with a whole other counter microwave that took half of our counterspace for the remaining 15 months of our lease. PEST PROBLEMS The storage rooms provided have rats living in them, and throughout the apartments. Our stuff always had rat poop on them, and you aacould hear the rats in the middle of the night. All maintenance did was place some small rat trap about 15 feet away from our patio. YOU WON'T RECEIVE DEPOSIT They make up charges, and charge you for basic wear and tear. LAUNDRY MACHINES SMELL There is no regular maintenance on the washer machines, as they are routinely broken, and they smell. OUTDATED APARTMENTS The online pictures of the units are outdated, as none of the units have mirrored closet doors. In addition, the first floor apartment bathrooms have extreme issues due to the outdated build of the apartments. Our ceiling leaked for months on end, maintenance couldn't fix it, until they had two separate companies make repairs. Having the ceiling drywalled and repainted took another month. There is simply not a single positive thing I could say about living at the Valencia Apartments.
Moved out 07/07/2017 Not at all what it looks like, pest problem's (rats) vandalism, super thin walls I could hear my neighbors every move or words. You will regret it. Couldn't wait to move out. Questions? Email me protagy915@gmail.com
This is the perfect building if you want a quick walk to the metro, great restaurants and outdoor space. The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. Unlike other apartments in this area, it has a large courtyard with a pool, lounge chairs and dining tables. It’s like having a touch of country right in the middle of the city.
