Six years and counting! I love it here so much that I never want to move!!! There are some very nice amenities here at Trilogy! My apartment is spacious, the balcony is an added bonus, but most of all the walk in closet is truly everything! One of the best walk in closets ever!!!! Don't walk RUN to the leasing office and get your apartment today! You won't be sorry!!!!

This is a solid place to be. The environment is good and the people are nice. It can be a bit hard to contact staff, but this is usually a because of my own schedule, with a little bit of persistence everything works out well.

The office staff needs to communicate better with the residents. There is no clear communication and problems arise because of it. Also, there tends to be a lot of car crime at night as well as dark parking lots due to maintenance not replacing the streetlights.

As a resident of six years I'm still in awe of my apartment here at The Trilogy apartments. Management is great! Maintenance is A-1! There are lots of amenities and perks. It’s very peaceful and I’m happy. I love the area as there are many stores close by. The commute to work is the best part, I no longer have to wake up 2 hours early for work.

This is my second time living here and the first year was great. The quality in the maintenance has gone down. They advertise having amenities, but half of it doesn't work. The grills are trash. On BOTH grills, only a third of the burners light. On top of that my Key Fob has NEVER worked for my building since I moved in and I've been here 3 months. They've reprogrammed it once and it still doesn't work. Also, they have an emergency exit in all the buildings but for the people that live in the back of the building we can't access the door unless you walk all the way around to the front. It's a nightmare in the winter. I don't recommend living here.

My experience at The Trilogy is great. It took me time to find an apartment that fits my lifestyle. The residents are cool and nice and the front office is always so attentive and nice. The environment is always clean and up to part. Maintenance is always on top of fixing thing. They respond to work requests within 24 hours or less. The Trilogy always have events and/or activity for residents to enjoy and open up an environment for residents to communicate with other residence or with staff. I rate the apartment a 9/10. Only reason why it's not a 10/10 is because the walls are thin so you can hear people in the hallway so easy and clear. That is the only con I have for this apartment.

My vehicle was stolen off their property, and the police officer went to gather information off the camera and their cameras were turned off, multiple vehicles had been broken into and stolen. I contacted the property manager about the camera being off and she swears that their cameras are always on, her reason and I quote "Our camera glitches and are placed where there is blind spots, but our cameras are always on". Why would the police officer lie about the camera being off and the no footage was covered? I parked my vehicle in front of the camera, there are no blind spots in front of the camera, this is a common occurrence here. I've taken my own actions to prove to the future renters of the Trilogy Apartments that their property is not safe here and that the property manager won't do anything to help and they'll take a case report from you and then toss it in the trash, they just want your money, to raise their rent higher every year, update other unit, but not make security better. They don't care about you, just your money. Also don't take their property insurance, they'll auto lock you in, and it doesn't cover your property, it covers their building.

After being here about 5 years I’ve gotten pretty fed up with the lack of basic customer service from the staff. We were notified less than 24 hours beforehand that construction would be taking place in each apartments main storage closet. That same notice let us know the construction would take about a month. On top of that we were never notified that this construction would impact the laundry room meaning we’ve been without washers/dryers for several weeks with no response to when they would be back up and running.

Friendly staff, has fun nights in the clubhouse on a regular basis. When call for a maintenance issue, they respond quickly, and get the job done in a timely manner.

I cannot refer Trilogy as they raised the rent to uncommon amounts of more than 3x previous rent and would not negotiate on top of always smell like smoking in halls , front door could not be locked for more than 5 months while waiting for new fob system. There are also fees on top of fees and that makes it harsh to pay or catch up if behind . Life happens Trilogy and Beztak were beyond unreasonable.

I wouldn't recommend living here if you are looking for anything nice. The pro of living here is safety which I base solely off my car never being tampered with or my apartment. Security drives around at night, but don't ever expect them to actually secure anything going on inside the buildings. Leasing office attitude in person is very poor and maintenance is mediocre , they don't seem to require any certifications when hiring.

I love the office staff. When I first came they took the dna of the dog to help keep the grounds clean. I see so much dog waste I can’t pick up after my dog because it’s next to another dogs waste that was not picked up. Other than that it’s pretty comfy here. Every place has its ups and downs.

I love the floor plan and quality of the apartment, and management is always responsive and helpful. The only complaint I have is that I often have to ask maintenance to come back a second time because they didn’t fix the problem originally.

Staff is friendly. Property is kept nice . There are a lot of dog and a lot of people do not pick up after them. But the community do make sure there are bags in place. I did have a car break in when I first moved over there . So better security is needed
