Vibrant and historic Downtown Syracuse is much more than the city's hub. The cobblestone streets, wide sidewalks, and stately brick buildings create a fantastic shopping and dining district, while the neighborhood's proximity to Syracuse University adds a student dynamic. At the heart of Downtown Syracuse, Armory Square -- a large collection of historic warehouses and the armory that's now a museum -- is the city's nightlife hotspot. The Armory contains a large concentration of restaurants and bars as well as several unique shops.
Some of Downtown Syracuse's most beloved landmarks include the Clinton Square Ice Rink, the Museum of Science and Technology, and the historic Landmark Theatre. The ornate theater, decorated in rich red and gold, first opened in 1928. Another landmark, the McCarthy Building, was built in 1894 and is the oldest building in Syracuse.

Property Ratings at The Treasury
I have loved living here at The Treasury. It has been an absolute pleasure. The fitness center and attached parking garage are awesome amenities to have. The building continues to see improvements as well. It really shows how committed the property owners are to having a high quality property.
This is a beautiful apartment complex in a historic building at a great location downtown. They maintained the historical personality of the building itself while still providing modern units and amenities. The staff has been kind and helpful from the beginning, and the residents are all friendly and respectful. The building and parking garage are well-maintained and secure. I immediately felt right at home here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Treasury to others.
Great location! Apartments are VERY well appointed. Even though they are on the smaller side, they feel much bigger than they seem. Having an attached garage and on-site fitness room are huge pluses to living here. Building is secure by video doorbell that is controlled by you to allow visitors and deliveries into the building. Management is doing well to continue updating the building. It is a great place to live if you like the feeling of living in the city with various festivals and events happening right outside your apartment. I really enjoy living here. I wish these would have been available sooner!
Beautiful location and appliances. Very friendly approachable staff. Loving the views and architecture so far and everything is walking distance.
The most central location in Syracuse with the best views. The luxurious lobby and gym are the reasons why I chose this place. Not to mention the professional and helpful property manager. The neighbors are all decent and friendly people.
I like the overall design of the in-unit amenities, fixtures and layout, as well as the modern features of the gym. Having an indoor parking garage is a BIG plus, as well the relative ease of access to the parking garage from within the building. Friendly and courteous management and maintenance staff elevates the living experience.
The treasury is one of the best options for city living i've seen. I spent about a month and a half reviewing other apartments in the area that were either really run down, used shared hot water and washers/dryers, or had no options for parking, let alone covered parking. The treasury met all my requirements and more, and i'm sure there's more to come!
