Maitnance and office staff are rude. And don't help with anything. Nor try getting it fixed just ignore the issue then take you to court.

The trails has decent size living space and nice appliances but don't expect much more.
The Trails of Malone is a quaint community with on site laundry and friendly people
I am not impressed with The Trails of Malone. It was better before it was bought by the Winn Company. It was managed better and taking care of better and people who took care of it and cared for the people who lived here.
It’s a good place to live.. Usually pretty quiet.

Management and maintenance they don’t do anything. The office is always closed and management is always on another site.
I've called 3 times within a couple weeks with several days in between each call to ask about possibly renting and have never even spoken to anyone. Always voice mail and I leave my name and number everytime. I was really hoping to get into this place based on the amazing reviews
I’ve lived at The Trails since November of 2018 and I have nothing but great things to say. My home is gorgeous, and spacious for my family size. It’s affordable housing, which is so hard to find nowadays. I love most how safe it is. I don’t worry about my child playing in the yard or having my door open during the day.
I've been here since 1999 and management and maintenance are better and friendlier now than they have ever been

The apartments are clean an look to be well maintained before you move in.. The people in the office are friendly an very helpful.. The yards are kept up very nicely..
The trails at Malone is a very nice place to live.
I find my experience while living here at The Trails has been wonderful. I strive to get along with all my neighbors, and respect their privacy as they respect mine. That to me, is a very important part of maintaining a happy and carefree environment within any housing community.
I have lived at the Trails since November 2018, and I foresee myself and my family remaining her for years to come. It is a lovely place to raise a family, and is affordable to those living on a fixed income. It provides its residents with the ability to live comfortably as opposed to struggling to survive, which unfortunately is more common than not these days. My favorite part about living at the Trails is probably the home itself. The home I have is structured to feel like an actual home as opposed to just another apartment, and I don't have to worry about upstairs neighbors, or being the upstairs neighbor.
I love my home and have always been very satisfied with every area involved with being a resident of The Trails for the past 8 years.
To me it's a good place to live and I'm happy to be here.
Living at The Trails has really been a dream come true for my family. It's not only affordable, but the community feel is so strong. It's a wonderful place to live while raising a family, just starting out, or while settling into retirement. The home layout makes you feel like you're living in a home, rather than renting a space. We could not be happier with our decision to rent at The Trails.
It's a lovely place to call home. The personal department and the maintenance guys do a great job. If you have any problems they address it asap. The property is kept up very nicely. I'd recommend anyone who is interested in renting at the Trails of Malone to come and apply here. It's nice because everything is so close to do your shopping or whatever it is that you need.
I have been a very satisfied resident of The Trails for almost 7 years and I couldn't be more pleased. The office manager and maintenance team are a wonderful asset to our "Home" and I couldnt be more proud of our little community!! Thank you so much for being part of our family .
