Great place to live. I use the gym almost everyday. Very close to Disney and local stores. I enjoy using the pool at times as well. Glad I renewed my lease.
The Teale is a perfect place! The amenities are awesome as well as the staff. I have great neighbors and a nice view of a lake. I love it here!

Overall an affordable place to live, recently there’s been so much trash in the stairwells, walkways, even the parking lot, people still are smoking everywhere in the building still when they aren’t suppose to be. The biggest plus side is the price for what’s included and people keep to themselves which is nice just wish they would pick up after themselves

So far everything is great. The laundry room is 2 doors down from me which is awesome. I’m enjoying the location with all of food places around.
So far, this is the best place I've ever lived in Kissimmee. It is safe. It is close to every thing, restaurants, stores and other places. Thank you.
Living at the Teale for the last year, I found comfort and confidence. If I look back five years from now, it wouldn’t be the same as far as moving from home to home. Ive found Friends and coworkers that lives here, made good neighbors and met wonderful staff. The Teale makes you feel included with all the activities and newsletters that they put out is phenomenal, Let alone the amenities which is a great addition. It really feels like a home here.
Quite community, fair rates. Great Amenities and property is kept maintained. Gym needs notice to clean after themselves niegbors have poor qym habits.

I do really enjoy living at the Teale. The location is great and the amenities are also great. It’s an anmazing apartment for young adults. I have lived here for 2 years now and truly my only complaint is the price. I wish it wasn’t as expensive, and the price will definitely be the biggest factor if I choose to renew again or not.

the very nice community to live in in a decent part of tow and everyone tends to be pretty friendly there's so much to do close by from trails, to shopping, to theme parks.

Love the staff and maintainence here. Location isn't too bad but it can be really noisy with being right next to 192. Other than that, amenities and parking are pretty good.

I moved in at the end of January and I love it. My neighbors are very quiet. The place is nice and clean. I love that everything is walking distance.
Overall a very nice place to live, great prices considering what’s all included. Wish both sides of the office were open during the times they say they are open, and wished some neighbors would keep their areas clean and pick up after themselves a bit more. But otherwise it’s comfortable.

It’s okay the plants around the property and grounds are averagely maintained, the buildings have had some major plumbing issues which have caused a lot of frustration and they’ve been somewhat slow to fix them… but overall it’s average it’s not great but it’s not horrible either.

My move in process was quite the hectic one as I had to move down from another state in time to work and had less than a month move. The leasing team helped out with making sure I could get the correct documents sent in and changing floor plans to fit my budget. It was extremely difficult to find a place that accommodates a large dog and the Teale luckily did not have him listed as a restricted breed. There were occasionally times of slow communication but this was usually due to only one person being in the office and doing tours at the same time. When I arrived they got me squared away and maintenance quickly took care of the 2 minor issues my apartment had within the week. This was my first time moving as a college graduate and the team was very understanding and supportive as I continued to ask questions.

The application process was very easy and quick. I highly disliked that the rent price they told us was not the price we are paying but it’s only $30 more. The community is quiet. Plenty of parking. The internet is not to my liking so I have my own internet service.
Staff is super nice, Maintenance is quick and efficient neighbors are friendly and everything is close by, really couldn't be a better place to stay

So far, I don't have any complains. I like the place. It is quiet. The only hiccup is that for the past several months, 2 driers have been broken and they have not been fixed. It has been a few months, plenty of time to have them already fix. Besides that, I cannot complain. Love the place.

Extremely clean when I moved in, I was planning on doing a deep clean right away. Wiped door frames, floor boards ect. no dust or dirt to be found! Overall fairly quiet neighbors, and very friendly staff made my first apartment experience wonderful

Very good and quiet. Great location. Everything you need is close by. Great neighbors. Only 2 minutes drive to Publix and Walmart, 5 minutes drive to Aldi and Target. 15 minute drive to my job. Lots of parking. Thank you so much!!!!

Nice apartments and community for the price. Only issue I have is other residents throwing trash in front of their door and not picking up after their pets. Other than that the amenities are nice.
This place is great! The residents are respectful of each other. The management and maintenance teams are responsive and friendly. The buildings, my apartment and the facilities are in good shape. All this at a great price. So happy I moved here!

Clean and friendly apartment complex, staff is friendly and helps with any questions or needs you might have. Close to great restaurants and amusement parks and road side attractions for recreational family fun. Close to many job opportunities if you're looking for a place to work. Over all a great place to be as a small starter home.
