Located about four miles southwest of Downtown Nashville, Sylvan Park is a scenic neighborhood brimming with historic character. Sylvan Park’s rental options range from modern apartments in newly constructed buildings to charming houses built in the 1920s and 1930s.
A bevy of lush trees and manicured landscaping contribute a park-like feel to the neighborhood. The expansive McCabe Golf Course is situated in the southwestern corner of the neighborhood, providing residents and visitors alike with 27 holes of great golf as well as a putting area and a driving range. The Richland Creek Greenway surrounds the course, connecting hikers to shopping and dining areas on White Bridge Pike and Harding Pike.
Although Sylvan Park is mostly residential, the community offers a slew of great dining options on 46th Avenue North and Murphy Road. There are plenty of additional restaurants towards the north end of the neighborhood as well, along Charlotte Avenue.

Marc was an awesome tour guide, and Sarah was super friendly and welcoming. The views of the tree canopy throughout Nashville are super cool! Not many places have a pool that can see so much of the city. I really like the style of finishes in the units. They feel modern but not overly flashy. Because The Sylvan is off the major roads it feels (and sounds) secluded but still has quick easy access to downtown and some nearby restaurants and shopping. It really is a picturesque spot... so much so that I didn't take more photos during my tour! I'll definitely be back when I get closer to my move date.
Quiet which is nice and very different from the rest of Nashville. The apartment has had some work done but it often still feels like an older unit. Pool is nice as well. All in all, I would recommend.

All of the staff, main office and maintenance was very helpful during move-in process. The valet trash pickup and going to the pool has been a nice cherry on top.

Lovely staff!! They have nice amenities and plenty of parking. Apartments are a nice size and price for a one bedroom! Little things like cleanliness when moving in and the outside of the buildings could be approved, but overall no complaints!

I really enjoy living here! It is definitely an older building, but I love the community and location so much! Anytime there has been an issue, the maintenance team has been quick to help. I plan to resign my lease as long as the price doesn't increase too drastically!

Folks are nice here. Apartment is way older than pics though. Lots of free parking and access to a small gym. Staff and maintenance are really nice and fix things early.

I’ve been in here about two months since day one the process has been great. The management has been wonderful. Help me with every needs the maintenance go over the top to make sure everything is fixed. When you pay rent they ask you as anything they try to take care of your needs, and the place is is an amazing place to live as quiet and no one bothers you. Everybody stays till their self overall is just great amazing place to live at I will recommend it to anyone.

First off thank you to Hailey for making my move in experience so easy. Also for answering so many questions I had when I moved in. Complex has excellent management and maintenance. The sylvan apartments are a wonderful place to live in as well as have glorious staffing, I’ve haven’t had a problem with anything outside of parking or having food delivered but that’s outta my control when I’m arriving home around 2AM.

The Sylvan is a great complex. Quiet and in a good part of town with nice views. I personally loved the gym and pool. The pool area is great to sit outside and relax and the gym is never crowded.

Great location and pool if you’re interested. Pretty responsive management when you’ve got issues. Trash collection is a bit hit or miss. Great size apartment for living alone. Reading reviews of other complexes, this sits up near the top for this price point.

The apartment is a lot smaller than I expected. Especially the kitchen. It's tiny. There isn't enough drawers or places to put pantry items. The apt is also a lot older than it appears and some parts are falling apart.

In my opinion, this is the best place for young professional new to nashville. Its affordable, no bogus add on fees, clean parking lot and amenities. The location is close enough to downtown, midtown, the gulch but far enough to feel relaxed. Sylvan park gives suburb vibes so its nice to choose the pace you want for the day. They are also very responsive for any maintenance. Planning on staying here for a while.

Loved living here! Close to so many things yet feels nicely secluded in a quiet area. Bathroom is small but nicely sized vanity area and walk-in closet. Kitchen is also nice. Maintenance and staff were very helpful and quick to respond. Would recommend!

I love living here, the apartment are spacious, clean, and well laid out. The grounds are always clean. The management is amazing and friendly. Since relocating to Nashville, I've run into one shady rental company after another. How RELIEVED my husband, pup, and I have been to find the Sylvan! We moved in at the end of February, and the staff was so helpful. It was a seamless move, the apartment is in excellent condition, any (very minor!) maintenance needs have always been resolved rapidly, and the setting is perfect. Great location to most any place in Nashville, and between perks like the pool, the gym, and being close to Richland Greenway, just make it that much better. Fair, honest, and reasonable! You won't regret moving in. :)

Couldn't speak highly enough about my experience at the Sylvan. Today is my move-out day and I'm sad to leave this place. Everyone from staff to residents are super friendly. The place is maintained beautifully and the pool was the highlight of my summers here. The apartments are spacious and were everything I was looking for! I've been living at the Sylvan for the past year and a half and would highly recommend to anyone looking for affordable, great living in Nashville! I broke my lease early because I felt unsafe in this apartment as was misled about the apartment when I signed the lease. The new management are bad people with no regard for tenants.
