The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Sycamore Apartments
I have lived at the Sycamore apartments for three years now, and I have loved every second of it. All of my neighbors are so kind, and Christina the property manager is amazing. She goes well above and beyond for her tenants and is always there whenever I need her. The maintenance tech Trent is wonderful as well. He is always willing to fix your maintenance issues anytime and is always super friendly when walking around the property. I do not plan on leaving this complex anytime soon. I highly recommend renting from Kos Management.
I have lived in the Sycamores for about 6 years. Management has always been very friendly and accommodating. Maintenance request are taken care of quickly. Our rent has gone up $5-10 each year but the pricing for a 3 bedroom apt is well in line with similar properties.
I have not visited the 2396 property but, I have visited some of the 2 bedrooms and a den apartments. I like the ones with the fireplace and the walk in closets the best. They seem clean and well maintained; the main bathrooms are spacious. I like the neighborhood; they are close to the schools and shopping centers. I cannot judge the maintenance services nor the noise since I have not lived there; but all I know is that I would like to rent one of these if possible. One of these apartments would serve my purpose!
