I have had the pleasure of living at the Summit for the last 2 years, and I can honestly say it’s been an exceptional experience. From the moment I first toured the property, i was impressed by the high quality amenities , well maintained grounds, and modern apartment finishes. The team at the Summit goes above and beyond to ensure the community remains clean, safe, and comfortable. The management team is friendly and professional and always responsive to all maintenance requests. Overall, living at the Summit has been a fantastic experience. It truly feels like home and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well maintained, and peaceful living environment.

I love it here! I totally feel at home and my neighbors are the best. The property is very well maintained too. I love it when my patio has been cleared of all leaves! Maintenance is very fast and Michelle and Wonzel are the best! I love the townhome style because I can let my dog out the front or back door very easily vs. living in a high-rise type of place. I can't say it enough that I totally feel at home living here. 5 Stars!

We moved in to The Summit 6 months ago and have been happy with our lives here. It is clean, safe, and quiet. The staff are great. Always there to help. The Summit offers great value.

Apartments are super nice for the price, probably the best deal you can get in the area. Great sense of community and the management staff are always super friendly and helpful

We relocated from Canada to this place and the experience from first contact to move in has been exceptional. The property management staff has been very easy to work with to make this happen, and the maintenance team has acted immediately when any issues need looking after. I moved in March 1st. It’s a very nice place. The management is very nice and makes you feel like you’re at home. The property is very clean. The dog park is a nice size. I love this community. My inside is what I’ve always wanted . Location is perfect. Everything is right at your fingers tips. I give this property a 100 percent. Come join us, you won’t regret it!!!

Wonzel was amazing throughout the whole application process and answering all my questions! The home is so beautiful and all new! The property is always well kept and any problem you may have, maintenance is there to help in a super speedy time! My kids made great friends and we love seeing all the cute puppies being walked, pet friendly is always a plus! The Summit is where you want to be! Felt like home as soon as I received my keys!!

The Summit is such an amazing location here in Plymouth! We moved into a fully renovated unit and it is gorgeous! I keep asking my husband if we are in an AirBNB and have to go home! The pictures are very much representative of what our unit looks like and the process for applying was so easy and Wonzel made us feel so welcome. I hope we are here for a very long time!

The Summit is a great apartment complex in the greater Plymouth area. It is located near the highway for accessibility and is just down the street from downtown Plymouth. The amenities - on site laundry, pool, and fitness center - are an added bonus. The complex is also very clean and regularly maintained.

The summit is a great place to live with lots to offer including plenty of green space, dog park, and close proximity to downtown Plymouth. The neighbors are friendly and quiet, and I always felt very safe. The pool is great, and gym very convenient. The one bedroom I lived in was the perfect size and in beautiful condition. I enjoyed my time living there. Wonzel is an absolute joy to work with and really makes moving in experience easy and enjoyable. Amanda is also wonderful and very responsive. I will miss the summit!

Wonzel and Amanda are excellent and it is evident that the take pride in the jobs that they do. I lived here for just under two years and consider myself lucky to have been able to! Being only a mile or so from downtown Plymouth is phenomenal, especially during the summer months - a quick walk to everything that is going on!

I’ve never spoken out or “Karen’d” anything like this before but people need to know this before signing anything to do with the Simon companies. I lived there for 2 years (was finally able to buy a home) I kept a very clean and well maintained apartment for that time. I was fully expecting my $2000 security deposit back when I just received a letter stating that the unit needs all new carpet and laminate flooring throughout stating it was new at move in. Saying not only am I not getting my deposit back but that I OWE them $850. What on earth is considered normal wear and tear?? Not a couple scuffs on the peel and stick flooring? Of course they can charge whatever they want because who actually has the means to fight it in court. Not to mention I lived with yellow bath water, ants, animals running around in the ceilings, and the filthy laundry center with washer and dryers that looked like the hadn’t been cleaned in 20 years. Stay far away from this place and Simon companies.

I've lived here for years, maintenance is top notch,friendly and very attentive,im happy after 7 yrs to recieve my new blinds,he was quick,and did a great job ,thank you Mark!

We could not be more happy with our experience living here. Wonzel made the process beyond easy and we cant be more grateful for how kind and courteous he was throughout. The property is beautiful and well kept. Not to mention how much we love how pet friendly the staff is! Our dog is obsessed with the dog park and it has made our lives so much easier having direct access to it. Wonzel is a one in a million employee and I truly hope "The Simon Companies" does everything they can to keep him around for a long time. He is invaluable and without him we would have likely completely overlooked this amazing neighborhood. Thank you for everything you all do to keep our daily lives pleasant and comfortable.

I recently moved back to the property after having lived somewhere else in Plymouth for a few years. The staff - Wonzel - Amanda - Joe - Jeff and Marc are AWESOME! ! Several of these TEAM members were here the first time I lived in the complex. The consistency and timeliness of service in addition to their professionalism is GREAT. I love my new apartment. The location is fantastic, the grounds are impeccably maintained and I love how pet friendly they are! Additionally, I cannot speak highly enough of Wonzel! He made everything from the initial application to move in day easy and stress free. It’s been great to move into a new place and feel at home. I especially loved the housewarming gifts we received when we moved in. Everyone here has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

We moved to the Summit last fall, and our experience has been very satisfying. First and most lasting impression is how comfortable, well designed, and safe our apartment and the surrounding streets and shared facilities feel. The maintenance staff are incredibly dependable and diligent, and keep the place running well (especially when clearing out snow in the wee morning hours - thanks for that, guys). In the beginning and throughout our time here, we have interacted with the Leasing Coordinator, Wonzel. His dependability and warm personality do a lot for the community.

I reached out hoping to view a townhome/apartment and communication and customer service was excellent from the very start. Wonzel has exceeded my expectations and has made the experience of finding an apartment for my boyfriend and I as easy as possible. I honestly can't say enough great things about the process, the environment, and everything surrounding. I look forward to making The Summit my new home and encourage anyone looking to reach out to Wonzel because you won't turn back! FANTASTIC!

Have been living here a little over 6 months and these are really nice townhomes. Spacious bedrooms and very nice living area. Great commuter location with its proximity to Rt. 3. Wonzel was amazing through the whole process and treated us like family. He listened to what we were looking for and recommended the perfect unit. Our unit also has a spacious back patio that is great for entering. If you are looking for great service and a great place to live look no further than here.

I’ve been living here about 3 months now so I held off writing a review. I have absolutely no complaints about this little community I can now call my own! Everyone here has been so friendly and it’s peaceful. I can sit outside and relax during the day and my dog loves the dog park! Anything that I’ve had a problem with inside the apartment, which hasn’t been much, maintenance has been extremely prompt and professional when they come. Wonzel made my experience easy and stress free from the minute I applied. Recommend!

Having known this complex for many years, the upgrades to inside of town homes to outside have been great and worth the price. The complex is peaceful and people are friendly. I cannot say enough about Wonzel. From the beginning he was amazing, very knowledgeable about the complex, the units, even giving suggestions on how to set it to be functional. His attitude and love for what he does really helped us make our move! Exceptional service!

This property offers excellent value in comparison to surrounding rentals. However, when it comes to Wonzel and the service that he provides. He commends a 6 out of 5 stars. During my last year of living here, Wonzel has proven himself to be incredibly professional yet very personal, kind, and well-intentioned. Wonzel provides speedy stellar services with a wonderful attitude. I love that man!

These townhomes are very nice with large master bedrooms and some very nice touches. Wonzel has been extremely helpful! I moved in last week and he has been available even on days when the office was closed. I picked The Summit because Wonzel gave me a virtual tour and answered all of my questions. Everything he said in our conversations has been accurate since moving here!

I moved in about 3 weeks ago. I have nothing but amazing things to say about our new home, the community itself, and management/maintenance. The process to get in was very quick and stress free! Wonzel was on top of everything!! Very kind and knowledgeable about the apartments and community. He got us into our home so quickly! I'm very thankful for him and his ability to keep the ball rolling!! I had a few little "bumps" that had to be fixed when I first moved in, but maintenance was quick, thorough and very professional! I was amazed with their ability to fix things quickly and how kind they were. Answered all my questions and concerns. I also needed to be shown how to use the dishwasher, and he didn't make me feel like a complete moron. The community itself is very quiet! Neighbors are very friendly and respectful. It's exciting for my kids to see all the dogs outside and all the other children. I would highly recommend The Summit to anyone looking for a place to call home! ??

Great space, lots of light, ample closet space, nice neighborhood. Wonzel was such a dream to work with from the viewing to turning the key! I’ve been a resident for 3 months and am beyond happy.

We just recently moved into a 2 bedroom and are very pleased with the property. Wonzel was great at finding us the exact apartment we wanted and was willing to show us any of the openings. He had a great personality and really made us feel at home. The property is quiet and we haven't had an issues since we've moved in. Convenient to downtown Plymouth and to route 3. I would most definitely recommend this property and make sure to talk to Wonzel when you get here!

Wonzel was great when we first came to look at this place and super easy to work with. I have lived here for about 3 weeks and its been great so far!

I went to visit the leasing office and Wonzel was very friendly and approachable. he assisted us directly and showed us the apartment. i adore the town-home style apartment where you have privacy. the interior space is big, new and elegant. we directly applied and after 2 days we got the approval!! although we were new to the country and had only a job offer but the management took that into consideration and offered us a wonderful home.

Mr. Wonzel is very bubbly, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. My family and I just moved in 2 weeks ago and they love it.

Just moved in a month ago thanks to Wonzel who works in the office, talk about service. He was so kind and attentive throughout the entire process and I was blown away by his personable and generous demeanor. The apartment is wonderful and he is just as wonderful. Moved in about 5 months ago. We have no pets however there are a lot of dogs here with a great dog park. That being said, I have never had an issue with people cleaning up after their dogs. The grounds are so well maintained! Very family friendly with nice common areas for the kids to all play. We have had few problems in our apartment but when we do we get the assistance we need very quickly. You are allowed one parking spot in the lots and then there is ample parking on the street. My only wish is that the lot spots were numbered because not everyone follows this rule. Another great thing about mayflower village is that it is a small walk to the waterfront. So close for all the great events that go on without having to try and fight for a parking spot!

Mayflower Townhomes is such a wonderful place to live! It's a true dog-friendly community, and even has a dog park. It's also beautifully landscaped, and is well maintained and very clean and tidy. Neighbors are nice, and also very quiet, which is a big deal. Staff is great, especially Wonzel, who was so incredibly welcoming to us. It really feels like home here!

Ok so me and the gf are interested we have made 2 appointments and nobody was at the main office both times. We have even tried calling that office every day for the past week. With what is going on I even called said it was urgent that I speak with the property manager ASAP on the voicemail. Time so far trying to contact someone here has been 1 week and 2 days and even spoke with the corporate office. I’m not upset or anything just annoyed. Please management contact one of us when you can!

We moved into our two bedroom apartment in December and have nothing but great things to say about this neighborhood. Both family and pet friendly, with friendly neighbors and an incredible staff! As a military member, I work odd hours and had no problems with snow removal during the winter months, a true blessing. Now that summer is approaching, the grounds are well kept and beautiful and we are looking forward to the pool to open in the coming months. The apartments are very close to downtown and provide easy access to downtown entertainment and waterfront fun. We also have quick access to the highway which makes the morning commute a breeze. Overall, great experience so far! Thankful for Wonzel and the rest of the staff for everything they do to make life so easy living here!

That’s how I felt when I first moved in 18 years ago. The Mayflower townhomes was a great place. Close to schools, beaches, shopping everything! We felt a sense of community there. I moved in with my family and my kids always felt safe and comfortable which is paramount to any parent. The apartments were nice and clean and the grounds were always well kept. The maintenance and staff were always professional but friendly. Since then they’ve changed most of the staff but they still maintain the same great atmosphere. They’ve upgraded the apartments and have added ( wish we had these things too) a pool, a fitness center and a dog park. The management and staff ensure that Mayflower townhomes continue to be THE place to live. I would definitely recommend!

The leasing coordinator, Wonzel, is full of energy, authenticity, and integrity. My boyfriend and I looked for our first place together and immediately liked Mayflower Townhomes for its diverse community, reliable staff, and many convenient features. Wonzel helped make our apartment search very easy. He made things clear, was prompt to respond, and fun to be around. Knowing that we are settled in a friendly community with easy-to-access shopping centers has made this move rewarding.

We moved here about 2 months ago, from Kingston and I feel the same as i did the first time I seen this place. There is such an Awesome vibe here, quiet, peaceful, friendly staff and neighbors, Beautiful Townhomes, manicured property with a dog park and pool that i cant wait to use this summer. I really love my apartment that's completely updated. I dont lift a finger because maintenance is on it! The staff, Amanda and Wonzel have made this a Wonderful experience from helping me every step of the way to get my apartment to answering any questions I have after moving in. They care and it shows! I love the Wonderful vibe here and my dog, Mr. Bo jangles is very happy and making new friends too. I wish I found this place sooner. We are loving life at Mayflower Townhomes!! I've just moved into Mayflower townhomes and I love it so far. Wonzel is so friendly, patient, and accommodating. The application process was easy and Wonzel always kept me updated. Even after moving in he makes sure to address any issues or questions I may have (which isn't a lot). My 2 bedroom townhome is a perfect size with spacious bedrooms, kitchen (with walk-in pantry), and living area. Parking is never an issue and neighbors are friendly. Only negative thing I can think of is the small bathroom, but it's doable. I said it when I first viewed the property and I'll say it again... I had a good vibe about Mayflower Townhomes and now I see why. Great place to live!

We are originally from the cape and it was a breath of fresh air meeting Wonzel and his fun attitude made moving into my own place such a fun exciting experience. Love the location we got in the complex so great and convenient for everything being disabled and single mom appreciate laundry close by. Rooms are soo spacious. Calming easy living and close to everything in town. Wonzel and Amanda there to help even if just needing some salt for the front walk right on it help. Couldn't be happier.

Currently on my 1st lease in Mayflower Townhomes and I couldn't be more satisfied with everything between the quality of the buildings, modern appliances, and the community trash and recycling. Along with an excellent managment team. Far nicer than any similarly priced spots around Plymouth
