The Summit Apartments is a special 118 unit apartment community situated on 19 beautiful acres on a hilltop in Morristown, Tennessee. Amenities include a swimming pool, tennis court and basketball courts, as well as a large field for play or walking pets. We welcome pets with a refundable pet deposit and minimal pet rent. The property is under new ownership and we are working constantly to improve the quality of the facilities. This community is comprised of five separate groupings of buildings spread out over the 19 acres, affording a privacy and tranquility not found in more densely crowded apartment complexes. Morristown is a fairly small city positioned about forty miles northeast of Knoxville just off of Interstate 81. The city’s rich history is packed with stories that have formed the local identity: legendary frontiersman Davy Crockett spent his formative years in and around Morristown, and the surrounding area saw numerous skirmishes during the Civil War.
