Sitting directly north of Old Town San Diego State Historic Park and adjacent to SeaWorld San Diego, Clairemont is a large neighborhood with much to offer. It is directly east of La Jolla and Pacific Beach, so residents are minutes away from some of San Diego’s best beaches. The neighborhood is home to San Diego Mesa College and the University of California San Diego is only about four miles north, making Clairemont a great option for students.

Property Ratings at The Stratton Apartment Homes
Its spaches but its on the 3rd floor amd its a hasel when we buy grocery.
I've been living here for 14 years, or rather since I was 13 years of age. Having switched houses within the complex 3 times since I've been here, I have seen slight upgrades and improvements to the interiors and outdoor aesthetics over the years. Safety and security has improved drastically, with close to 24hr security. And the location is central to many shopping centers, malls are close, as well as multiple freeways for getting around the city. The only downside, happens to be that this location has a lot of children unmonitored by their parents who tend to deface areas, and create garbage. As well as, loud noises which can be heard through paper thin walls. Luckily, the maintenance workers get to it early, while most people are quiet during the evening.
I lived here for 5 years and I love it .it doesn't feel like an apartment it feels like a home , the maintenance department is the best , when something brakes the fix it almost right away the rest of the staff incredibly helpful .. I'm very happy here. I have shopping centers and restaurants just across the street , I'm surrounded by the best schools and university in San Diego.I just Love it here. Elizabeth F. San Diego CA
