I really appreciate the staff here at The Station by Alta. They’re personable, helpful, and made my time there pretty great. I also felt incredibly safe. The resident events were fun. The pool was always a party, haha, and my apartment was lovely! If you enjoy East Nasty, this is def the place for you.
imagine having covid, you live in a two bedroom apartment but you can't close your doors. you've had it fixed once but yet again you have a request in for 3 weeks to have it fixed and they never did and now its just open doors and no separation. this place is trash. They sincerely do not care for anything but collecting rent. great job Emily and Chad bet you make greystar proud

The absolute worst part of my experience has been with my maintenance order of 2/12. I requested repairs for cracks in my door and was given a scheduled time. (almost 3 weeks later) What I wasn’t told was that maintenance would return THREE additional times unannounced—each time entering my apartment without knocking, without calling, and without notifying my roommate (despite us opting in for notifications in our lease). Each of these unannounced entries happened when I was in an extremely vulnerable position—just out of the shower or in between jobs changing. This is TRAUMATIZING. Especially being 2 women who live alone having a strange man come into your apartment without even a knock.. HOW IS THIS OK? Three times in six days, my privacy was invaded. This has been an extreme trigger for me, and I have been left to feel completely unsafe in my own home. To make matters worse, my door was never even fixed, and new cracks have appeared in the ceiling—but I refuse to request another repair out of fear of this happening again.

Single woman with a pup: I truly enjoy living here. The staff are amazing, and the apartments are beautiful. Also, I feel pretty safe with the police station next door. All of my neighbors have been really friendly too.
