My place is super spacious and lots of natural sunlight. My neighbors are super sweet and the monthly events are a great added touch. The staff and teams address issues quickly and very friendly people. I feel safe and secure in the complex. Would recommend 10/10
I moved into this apartment complex in 2014. I have seen sooooo many different people in the leasing office. I have seen the good,the bad and the ugly. Now,the Team they have in the Leasing Office which consists of Kierra and Ms.Yolanda and the Maintenance team: Anthony and Damion, when I tell you it has been some AWESOME changes. The leasing team engages with their residents,not only do they keep us informed and updated on the community. They have different activities every month,you can win prizes and get to know other residents in the community. We never have had this much engagement from the leasing office staff. The upkeep of the apartments/down to the dumpster/ cameras onsite,security and the complex lighting, all of this has been upgraded. I cannot forget about our Maintenance staff, they are quick,responsive and know what they are doing and completes things in a timely manner.I am loving this new staff and how they help out their residents,they are not just there to get a check,they actually care about their residents and LISTENS to us. I love all the changes they have made and looking forward to the excellent things they have in store for the future pertaining to the community.
The management staff is awesome and efficient. I love the upkeep of the property and I love the community, my neighbors are friendly always speaking when they see you. It's pretty quiet and I love it.

Towne at Lakewood is hands down the best apartment community I’ve lived in so far! . The manager is incredibly professional and was super helpful throughout the entire moving process, making it a smooth and stress-free experience. While I haven’t encountered any issues with my unit, I always notice the maintenance team actively working around the property, which shows their commitment to keeping everything in great shape. If you’re looking for a sign to move in, this is it! You’ll absolutely love it here!

I have lived here for 4 1/2 months. My kids love the playground, the dog park is a great way to take my pup to play while I work out. The after school program is such a big help with homework support and keeping my kids occupied after school. Great community, I am watching the community turn around right before my eyes and I am glad to be apart of it. I can’t wait for the community events I have seen notices for.

Met the Property manager and the rest of the staff today and it was the HIGHLIGHT of my day. The most welcome I’ve felt since I’ve been in Atlanta. You can tell they care for the residents with all the events and activities they provide. Amazing.
New owners built a dog park, got new new laundry machines, cleaned up the playground, and fixed the trash compactor. The new maintenance are great and fixed my AC the same day and always keep the property clean. I'm happy to live here now.
I really like it here because the atmosphere is cozy yet vibrant. My apartment is nice and spacious and most of everything was clean. The grounds are beautiful and kept clean which means so much to me. Overall I'm very happy and the staff has been nothing but nice and helpful towards me and made my transition easy.I recommend.
