The Standard is a good community, the long-time Manager is stellar - the residents are nice, it's dog friendly, and the property is well-maintained. It really is a community. I'd planned to move when my lease is up this summer, but decided to renew due to good experiences here at The Standard.

The Standard is a fantastic apartment located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale! Situated directly across from the historic Valley Ho Hotel, The Standard is within walking distance of restaurants, art galleries, Fashion Square Mall, etc., with quick access to Phoenix International Airport. I've lived at the standard for a year and a half and I still don't have a negative thing to say. The complex itself has so many benefits, a gorgeous pool area, hot tub, full gym with peloton bike, multiple seating areas with fireplaces, grills, etc. Anything you could hope for a complex to have, The Standard has it! The grounds are also kept impeccably clean which I definitely appreciate. There's cleaning people for the common areas, maintenance for the building and outside groundkeepers that are constantly working to keep our apartment beautiful. The apartments themselves have nice high ceilings and quality electronics (washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, etc.). Maintenance is so on it and always timely and happy to help with anything you need and the leasing office is also super helpful and friendly. They put on super fun community gatherings frequently which is a great way to meet other people who live in the building too. I would recommend anyone to this apartment complex and just renewed my lease myself!

We have lived at The Standard for 2 years now and we absolutely (still) love it! The grounds are always kept clean, along with the interior of the building. The maintenance team is speedy with requests. Evelyn, the property manager is very easy to work with and hosts fun resident events every month! We don’t ever hear any of our neighbors. The location is perfect - has everything you’d want to do and is 100% walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, the waterfront etc. I recently got a bike and they have a safe area in the garage to lock it up. It’s fun to explore more of old town riding around, especially along the river that’s 1 minute away! The gym is great - has everything you need! We absolutely love living here and I’d highly recommend living at The Standard.

Great place - 0nly negative is noise contamination within the apartment could be better. That is down to initial construction and not because of residents being overly loud.

I just got my apartment at The Standard. Communication and responsiveness with the property management has been amazing. The facility is clean, modern, and the perks with Valley Ho are an amazing value add. 10/10 would recommend.

The Standard has all you can ask for in Scottsdale - great location - Old Town is a block away, the building is clean and the design is exciting, great pool - one of the best in Scottsdale, and trendy interiors. Also an A+ for the great staff... Highly recommended!

I have lived here for about 10 months and it's easily been the best apartment experience I've ever had. I've lived in several apartments in other cities and each had their faults; however, The Standard is flawless. Evelyn is the best property manager ever, she is very friendly, helpful and does the best job to make sure the residents are comfortable and that everything is firing on all cylinders. Ken is most responsive and effective maintenance manager I've met and you can tell he genuinely cares about the residents and the property. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. I can't imagine there being a better living experience anywhere and I will stay here as long as Evelyn and Ken are here.

My residency here at The Standard (approaching 3 years) has been a positive experience. Its location is favorable for work, recreation, socialization and travel.Since I've been here, both the current and former office and maintenance staffs have been very attentive to my concerns and take pretty good care of the place, especially in comparison to other properties I'm familiar with.

Absolutely loved my walk through with Evelyn. She was courteous, friendly and went above and beyond to help. The building was exceptionally clean. The outdoor areas were well kept and maintained. The overall style of the community is absolutely an eye catcher!! Matches the retro style so loved at the The Valley Ho. It's like the Valley Ho's little brother. The pool/hot tub has beautiful fountains and is surrounded by palms and flowering bushes. It is also a very secured location and allows pets. Although it didn't smell in the hallways or I didn't see potty evidence outdoors. ;) The indoor parking was also a draw for me and included storage for my bike. It also includes a gym with current up to date equipment with a poolside view. AND walking distance to OLD TOWN! I am super excited about calling The Standard my home. It fits the quiet/friendly, safe/secure, clean/modern style, pet friendly vibe I have been searching for. Thanks again Evelyn! :)

I have enjoyed my time as a resident here at The Standard (going on 3 years). Great locations for me in many ways (work, recreation, social life , airport). Although the office and maintenance staffs have changed during my residency, overall, things have remained fairly consistent in a positive way.

I have been a resident of The Standard since the end of October 2019, and am very happy with the property, the location, and the staff (management and maintenance). The property is well maintained and the staff responds to issues and requests promptly and professionally. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for very nice rental housing in a prime location.

I really enjoy living at The Standards. The staff is amazing. When something breaks and needs to be fixed Jason the maintenance guy always goes out of his way and gets it done. The ladies at the front desk are always on top of everything. Its a relaxing place and I highly recommend it.

The Standard is a great place to live. The staff members are professional, proactive, and courteous. The location is outstanding by being in Old Town Scottsdale and next to the Valley Ho.

Ive only lived here a few days so far, but the property management staff made the move in very easy and was helpful all along the way. Residents greeted us and were all very welcoming. Maintenance crew was timely and effiecient with any requests we had upon move in. We are so excited to be here!
