I have really enjoyed my first year at Standard Modern. The management team is very responsive. Glad I found this place and looking forward to renewing my lease, I strongly recommend!
I have to say that this apartment building was beautifully renovated. My apartment had exposed brick, which I love. My favorite things about the apartment are the security system (you have a key fob to get into the building and you can answer the door from an app on your phone) and also the fact that you can control your heating and air conditioning from your phone. Maintenance is very good with repairs; they work fast. Overall, it’s a great place to live.
