I almost want to leave a lower rating to sway people from moving here ;) JK! We are half way through our 2nd year lease and have had nothing but a positive experience living here. The grounds are well maintained and any minor maintenance concern we have had was immediately addressed. One major difference I've noticed from places I've lived in the past is communication. Office staff keeps you up to date on everything going on.

I love this apartment community. The staff is excellent and the grounds are fun if you enjoy walking. Cute trail through the woods full of wildlife. I see deer, huge butterflies and rabbits all the time.

I've been here a little over 9 months and it was just like the advertisement. Beautiful kept grounds. Quite, respectable residents. Personable staff members.spacious apartment. I cannot even hear into the other apartments, it's like the walls are sound proof.It felt like home the first day I moved in.

We LOVE The Standard! The staff and maintenance are top-notch and we truly feel cared for. (I especially want to recognize Natalie, Shannon, Mike, and Duey - they are THE best! Always friendly!) We enjoy the amenities and walks around the complex are so enjoyable due to the cleanliness and beautiful landscaping. It is safe, quiet, and wonderful here. We have been here 6 months now. The people that we have met are friendly. I have been impressed by the ongoing efforts to deal with Covid virus. The office staff are amazing. More square footage than many apartments we researched. We hope to stay many years.

we are charged a lot for trash pickup service that seems inconvenient and silly. Bags must be inside a trashcan left outside the door. On arrival they said we had a trashcan in our apartment to use for the service. There was no trashcan in there and I understand we can go ask to get one but we've found it easier to just take the trash ourselves as the times they pick up trash are all over the place. We got there on move in day and the apartment had cleary not been cleaned or had the air filter in the room changed. Several scratches on the walls and poor drywall patch jobs . The dishwasher wasn't even hooked up and when maintenance was asked to come hook it up. They didn't even connect the water supply so I had to do it myself. The place is nice and quiet but for how much the rent is i did expect a bit more.

My family has lived at The Standard for just over a year. We could not be more happy with our experience here! The layout of our 2BR is spacious and offers plenty of storage/closet space for our family of 4. The grounds/landscaping is beautiful and our children have loved the playground and pool amenities. From the application process, and throughout our time as tenants, Natalie has been incredibly helpful and professional. Our move-out situation is unique in that our lease was ending 6 weeks before closing on our home, but she worked with us so we SAVED MONEY! Most apartments look at the tenants as dollar signs rather than people, but not here. While we have only experienced minor issues that required the Maintenance team (Light bulb changes, towel bar replacement, etc.), they have been exceptional. Mike and Dustin are both super friendly and quick to respond to any work requests we've submitted. I honestly hate to even list anything negative, but I want to leave an honest review. The one con is other tenants not cleaning up after their pets. There is dog poop everywhere. It really shouldn't be an issue, as there are pet waste stations in several spots along the sidewalks. I would like to point out that this should be no reflection on the staff, as they try their best to remind lazy tenants to clean up or be fined. The dog park has even been locked, but the problem continues. I'm confident that the management will find a way to resolve the issue.

The staff is friendly and are willing to help whenever needed. Apartments are spacious and nice but upgrades are needed to keep up with style and to balance the rent amount.

We are very happy with our choice to move to The Standard. The office staff was wonderful to work with.. Even when I needed things expained again... they were so nice. They helped me navigate the online system of paying our bill and submitting maintaince requests. The grounds are well kept. Maintaince staff is excellent. Looking forward to meeting more residents as we can get out more.
