Named for a now-defunct natural spring that sat at the center of town, Boiling Springs is a tranquil setting for those who enjoy the countryside, or just want a bit more peace and quiet after commuting to Spartanburg or the surrounding area.
There are upscale single-family homes, rustic-style apartments, and more traditional houses available to renters in this 6.8 square miles town. A select number of restaurants and shops line Boiling Springs Rd., and there’s Va-Du-Mar McMillan Park for those days when you just want to be outside. As Spartanburg continues to grow, Boiling Springs is receiving more big-city amenities like breweries and distilleries. The city isn’t far though, thanks to the collection of Interstates nearby.
