I had a great experience moving into this apartment community. From the start, Manuel was extremely attentive and professional. He truly listened to what I needed for my family and helped me find the perfect unit. The apartment was delivered in impeccable condition—clean, fresh, and clearly well-maintained. You can tell they care about the details here. One thing that really stood out to me is how peaceful and clean the environment is, with no unpleasant odors like smoke or other substances, which was very important for me and my family. If you’re looking for a place that’s quiet, family-friendly, and managed by people who actually care, this is the spot. Huge thanks to Manuel for making the process smooth and stress-free!

I wanted to thank the local team for assisting me with a recent relocation from North Carolina to 3500 The Vine. It's a great community, big pool, surrounded with shopping and great restaurants and more importantly love the value I'm getting. I recommend living here.
I am a single woman, they put me at terrace level in the back. Not only that but its sooooo many bugs. I had millipedes coming through my carpet, lizards , roaches you name it. My sink was broken i complained nothing was done until the piped busted and my apt was flooded.even after that They did not let me switch units. The cabinets are out dated and bugs love them.there was mold in my tub. Dont move here. Its a step above being homeless. Leasing sucks and no one wants to work there.

Sadly, we are not aware of any recent pipe burst but we welcome the opportunity to come to your unit to make an necessary repairs needed.
Poor communication, RUDE Staff, gross apartments (everything is just painted over), OLD appliances, Bugs, danagerous (police were there all the time). Drug use and no one does anything; so apartments just smell like POT all the TIME. JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I am not having a good experience here. The property is okay. However, I have very strange neighbors. They are homebodies that do drugs and other strange things that are suspicious. It's hard to give details without sounding crazy but suffice it to say I've been unable to live in my unit as I'm not myself when I'm there and feel possessed. I gave my 3 month notice after 1 month. I still have to pay a large fee for ending the lease early as management wouldn't negotiate despite the strangeness of the situation. I'm learning there are not good people in certain parts of Metro Atlanta and convinced there exists a satanic cult living in apartment properties across the area that do strange things to people. I am sincere when I say you are better off staying away from 3500 The Vine as they are here. Management is unaware and perhaps doesn't care. I will say Mary the manager has been fairly polite and responsive but defers everything to courtesy officers as if they can solve everything. This cult is secretive, which has made my life very dark since living here. This review is turning into a PSA. Please know there are secretive, evil people in ATL apartments. If something doesn't feel right about your unit, it may not be you and perhaps you're better off leaving as soon as you can. It's not worth the stress and money. Otherwise, if you're really trying to live here, visit the very unit you plan to lease before signing. If it doesn't feel right, don't bother. At the very least, stay away from bldg 94. Oddly enough, Jamarius, the guy who pushed me to move into the unit I am in, has been strangely unresponsive through all the correspondence I've made with the office. Neighbors aside, some general things. The interior is okay with dark hardwood floors, carpet in the bedroom. The exterior is pretty run down. There is maintenance or construction done at least every other week, which can be a nuisance especially when they can't get the time right for when the water will be off. I do like that for 1 BR bldgs, there's a laundry room on the top floor with 1 washer & 1 dryer. At most, you're climbing 2 flights of stairs to do laundry. However, it's not cheap at $1.85 per load plus $3 for the laundry card. Overall, I would not recommend this community as there's no telling if your neighbor is part of this weird cult or not. If you must, please visit the unit beforehand. If it doesn't feel right, stay away. Otherwise, proceed with caution.
Every month there’s a extra charge for 30 $40 . They charge you for pest control never come out and spray ever it floods on the regular and just for a pilot light your gas is almost $200 a month remember pilot light they nickel and dime you when it’s time to pay the lease . The other residence with animals allow their dogs to use the bathroom anywhere and not pick it up. They’ll be at 100% wrong and we’re never admit to it just worst place roaches infested with spiders
This is the absolute worse place I ever lived. My neighbor has roots coming up from the ground through his toilet. They never fix any but are quick to slap fees on everything. This new manager is awful, she is obviously related to owners because she isn’t for the residents. This apartment needs to be reported to news. The lie about upgrade and all you get is painted cabinets with hair in the paint. The decks are rotten. The maintenance men are super lazy. Don’t get started on roaches and cats. The trash is awful, it made the news it was so bad.

The previous management was better. They were on the news for not dumping the trash. You will see roaches and all sorts of bugs. I sweep the hallway outside because they never do. They won't send anyone out. There are often shots fired and it isn't fireworks. My refrigerator caught on fire. I lost all of my food items and they never reimbursed me. They are ghetto. They will charge you for items they should not when it is their fault. No one is happy here and everyone leaves. Be warned. The property management is Silver Point. But they won't help you either. Be warned.
The worst place since the new owners get it couple months ago, insecure place,robberies frequently; the maintenance is horrible, never answer “emergency calls”; they can’t fix a simple liking and the Manager is so rude, negligent and irresponsible.
I have reside here for 10 years never had a better management than now. Love it .. their customer service is ??????
The garage over flow is horrible. They over charge for rent and don't keep the complex clean. Gym equipment is tacky. Extremely small and the machines hardly work. Staff is lazy and rude. If you want a good home this is not the place. Keep looking.
Dirty, dangerous, nasty, old, smelly, unhealthy, way overpriced complex. Avoid renting there. Any other apartment complex in the area is way better.
I moved 6 years ago from NYC and this has been my home. I really enjoy 3500 the Vine staff they are very response when I have an issues.I love me some Lisa she in the office, very patince and unders My girls are safe when they get off the bus. And I love that I'm near the everything. Did I mention the cost of living is not bad either. If you look for a nice place in Peachtree Corner this would be my first choice. Happy Renter.
