Even though I’m new to the community, I’ve felt super welcome from day one. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. I love how well-kept the common areas are and how pleasant the atmosphere feels. In such a short time, I’ve already noticed the positive vibe here, where people greet each other and there’s that warm sense of community. I’m happy to have found this place to call my new home.
Friendly and quick office personnel. Great amenities and clean facilities. The swimming pool is well kept as well as the barbecue grills. Pet friendly with good size dog park.
It’s a good experience by using the app. It’s very easy to use and the layout for the app is beautiful. I would highly recommend this to the friends and neighbors.
Overall, my experience has been good. The community is clean, quiet, management doesn’t bother me. I pay my rent remotely and early. Maintenance stays on top of order request. I don’t like that the trash piles up outside the dumpster on weekends which makes for a trashy look but I don’t have any major issues.
I recently moved in to these apartments, the customer service was amazing. The process of the application was very easy and even my neighbors have been very sweet and welcoming.

The apartment community is nice. They sometimes provide us with tickets and food trucks come out to the community and we are able to get a meal with the ticket. Very nice of them.

Would be higher but I hate the rolli pollis love the apartment. I also hate the fact that so many people crowd the pool, like whole families have parties and make it uncomfortable for guest to actually enjoy the pool. I think maybe a limit I. Guest unless they rent the pool out should be enforced…just saying love my neighbors and the area always well kept

Living at Ascend at Westinghouse has been great so far! The community is quiet, well maintained, and the amenities are a nice perk. For what is offered, we felt that you get what you pay for. Our one wish for living here was that the rules of the leasing agreement for all tenants were adhered to by the front office. On the daily, we saw dogs off leash around the community and anytime there was a violation of policy (ex: trash being left out for valet at times not listed for pickup), the front office would just send “gentle reminders” and we saw first hand other tenants still violating policy. It wasn’t a poor living experience, but residents moving in should expect that the rules outlined here in the leasing agreement were enforced more as “guidelines” rather than as requirements.

Nice quiet complex. The only thing that bothers me is that it’s supposed to be a smoke free place and I see a lot of smoking. Not sure how hard that is to fix but I understand.

Great apartment! Staff are solid and the repair/service team sorts stuff out in a timely manner. The only issue is the trash valet service is inconsistent with timing so we have to take the garbage out on our own sometimes. Nice amenities and everyone is typically very polite! One thing I didn’t rate a 5/5 for is the dog issues. Some tenants don’t take responsibility for their pets (letting small kids walk big dogs, dogs off leash almost causing problems) so keep eyes open out there!

Reasonable prices and amenities. Good location near highway, HEB, restaurants. Good for pets. Does not charge for parking or tow. Ant problem. Garbage problem.

We were told that once we move in we would receive the gift card after 3 months.. but we received it 5 months later.. they arent straight forward.. Also we are the first people to move into our unit and we have various things wrong

Nice complex, nice manager, nice staff. Safe complex and the amenities are always clean. Close to everything, HEB, RR OULETS, Target, walmart. Nice experience living here

My experience at Ascend at Westinghouse Apts has been mixed—not the worst/not the best. Allegedly a “quick build," unfortunately, that shows in several issues that don’t align with the rent price. I experienced significant water damage from the unit above due to misassembled piping/hoses during construction. While mgmt addressed the issue quickly, I worry about potential smells, mold/mildew growth once the weather warms. Other concerns are: a poor paint job throughout the unit/uneven appliances/holes from improperly drilled cabinets/and a visibly lopsided toilet in the ma bth. The “wood” flooring is lifting in multiple areas, minimal insulation means we hear nearly everything from our neighbors there seems to be noticeable shifting/settling in the floors. While I don’t want to sound “ungrateful,” these are issues I have experienced firsthand. I expected higher-quality living given the zip code/rental price. Now, I'm skeptical of the word luxury in apt listings. Unsure about renewing!

Gates would be nice as traffic seems to be increasing in the area and on Westinghouse. The New light has helped tremendously with access and departures during traffic congestion time.

We loved our apartment til about 3 months ago when the gnats started. We’ve cleaned the drains, put traps out & pest control has come to spray & none if it has worked. I know they are coming thru our AC vents as that’s the only other place I see. I hate to pay this much rent while dealing with this gnat problem. I hope the westinghouse team will make this right for me and my family.

The property is pretty and new, but some of the other residents don't pick up after their pets, and the dumpster usually has trash overflowing.
I have really enjoyed living at Ascend at Westinghouse. Everything has been wonderful! Jennifer is my go to gal, and always very nice and pleasant to work with.
I’ve had nothing but great energy while living at this property since I moved here on Thanksgiving Day and it’s been cool. The parking at building 4 can be a bit challenging, especially late at night. I would love to get a garage but they are a bit out may price comfort. They are fast with maintenance and maintenance orders.

The community is great and I frequent the amenities. This is truly the best apartment complex I have stayed at. The gym and pool are frequently maintained, the only possible complaint is that the filter in the community water fountain hasn't been changed and the status has been at red for quite some time, but I own a water bottle and my apartment is literally right across the parking lot.

My move in was great. We have had problems since we moved in. Ask me about my problems and I’ll share with you. Jennifer in the front office was amazing through everything.

Ok it's not bad. I guess they can be bigger. The people that built the apartments. Need a bit of help. Sloppy pain but doable. Drawers need better handling.
