My resident experience has been great because I have always heard that getting things small things fixed is a nightmare for some apartment complexes but this is not the case for the social on hovey and their maintenance crew leader Joe is super friendly and gives advice how to not make whatever my roommates and I broke happen again!

the building/apartment sadly didn’t live up to expectations from the tour. online the amenities are said to be steel but ours are not even though we’re in a “renovated” apartment. appliances feel cheap

I have had an amazing experience here at the Social on Hovey! My roommates and I have been getting along great with our fellow neighbors. My only complaint would be that we were unaware of the trash compressor and had been confused as to where to put our trash until the email came out today, two weeks after moving in.

So far I am enjoying the apartment just one complaint, my room was not cleaned after the past resident lived her, there was hair in the sink, shower and toilet along with garbage under the bed and in the drawers.

Staff has been great! Maintenance has been very quick at responding to work orders. Love the unit and the amenities! Staff is great at communicating in a timely manner and everyone in the leasing office is very helpful. The package room is also great and very secure.

My ceiling leaked. It hasn't been fixed yet. Otherwise, things are nice. I like that there is access control on the front of the building. Maintenance seems to be fairly responsive. People do have a tendency to throw trash in front of the trash compactor instead of in it which isn't great.

It has been nice so far and I’m enjoying my stay. I jut wish thy would clean the carpet but other than that my room is very spacious the bathroom is big and I like that we have our own cabinets.

The workers in the leasing office are amazing. They are beyond kind!! The apartments are very nice and spacious, but the halls on the outside of the building are a bit dirty.

Maintenance is okay but not very attentive. There was a lot of confusion with paying rent and the front office was not entirely clear on how to handle it when everyone was charged double. The hallways stay fairly clean and the public spaces are nice.

It's close to the university. The gym has a nice variety of machines and is clean. I like the secure mailroom that keeps my packages safe. The study rooms have been a great help.
nothing fancy but a nice apartment. the maintenance guys are some of the nicest people i’ve met. they manage a lot of apartments, but always make sure to come in with a smile and explain things. if it’s something small they don’t make you feel stupid, they simply explain it ,fix it, and go about their day.

The apartments are great! I love everything about them. The only thing is maintenance has been a little slow and I put in a work order for my sink and they said they came to fix it but they didn't actually do anything. Other than that I have had a great experience living here!

The apartments here are some of the nicer ones in the area and I really like my room. Maintenance and staff could do better, but they’re not the worst. Decent place to live.

Apartment is nice, but your requests will usually go unnoticed. Took us two months to get a working TV remote. It is a nice place to stay but could be better.

Although it’s more expensive it’s a very nice place with very helpful people. I like that it’s close to campus and a lot of food places. We have had all our maintenance requests checked on even if it sometimes did take some time.

It feel like a home away from home in a sense. Very small and cozy. Nice appliances, good common space, a personal bathroom, you can pay for tv services, that way your able to watch some shows or movies, and this place is fully furnished which is a big plus, love the balcony, and my personal space within my bedroom, just wish it wasn’t on the first floor. Especially in a college town.

Has been very good so far, maintenance is always timely and respectful. The location is great being just a 5 minute walk from the quad, and the fitness center is very good and convenient.

I really like how much closet space we have, as well as the location. 5 minute walk to campus and right across the street from McDonalds, how could you go wrong.

Very nice apartments. Covered parking. Easy walk to campus. Staff is quick to respond when contacted. Love the private bathroom set up. Large walk in closet is great too

Very nice place to live. Friendly staff, good parking garage, good move in deal, roommates are extremely pleasant. Four bedroom/four bathroom apartment.

Love it here! Haven’t had a problem yet and everyone is super nice and helpful. The leasing office is super sweet and is always on top of everything!

Overall have had a great experience living at the Social on Hovey. The maintenance is very quick to respond and resolve issues. It is very simple and easy getting moved in and the only slightly confusing part is setting up payments for rent, and payments for utilities.

I love how close it is to campus and all the restaurants. I also love that we have a parking garage to keep our cars in along with guest spots for when visitors come. Size wise it’s a decent size, It’s comfortable enough and I think the room size is what makes up for the smaller living room. Overall good place

Very happy at The Social on Hovey. The maintenance is quick, and the front desk is always nice!! I find myself spending a lot of my free time in the gym or on my balcony.

it’s a decent experience. the staff is great and maintenance is done on time. there’s a lot of issues with the apartment even if it’s a renovated unit
