Loud neighbors and bugs are bad but apartment is nice. Glad I got the renovated unit. Could still use consistent updates, holes in the wall and floor lifts, cheap quality furniture.

I really haven’t had any experience with my apartment community. I’m not sure if that’s a good or bad thing. Some people are loud in the courtyard late at night, but nothing too bad.

It’s a really nice community to live in. Theres tons of amenities and the staff are kind. The windows are not the best soundproofing however. Conversations from the parking lot can be heard from the third floor.

The people are extremely nice which matters to me more than anything else. But I wasn’t made aware that there was no WiFi included… I was told there’s “internet” which I guess could mean anything. The unit I was placed in looks WAY different from the unit I was given a tour for. I never expect a place to be perfect but I expected it to look overall pretty similar to the model unit. I feel like there’s a lot that I wasn’t told about prior to signing that probably should’ve been made known prior to signing the lease.

I am really enjoying it here! There are giveaways and events for the tenants and the apartment is nice! However, upon moving in there were personal items in my room from the previous tenants, so I was put off by the lack of cleaning over the summer. It was also hard to deal with all the maintenance that was needed when I moved in.

Couple work orders but overall pretty good! Move in was easy, layout is perfect. Rooms are a little small but it is not a problem at all! The pool is AMAZING and so much fun! I haven’t used the gym yet since being here but I plan on it!

when we moved in there were a lot of things wrong with our apartment and some still haven’t been properly fixed but other than that i like the people that live in this complex and i really enjoy the access to the gym and pool as well as the dog park

The process was smoothed. Encounter a few problems but it was taken care of. I like my room set up. There were some few hiccups that came later but they did their best.

Cosy place, good company and amazing team. Loved being here close to my school. Few minutes walk to bus stop. Shops and food are next door. The team at the office has been always responsive and very understanding.

Very good place to live. Only complaint I have is that the maintenance crew takes forever to take care of issues at times as well as finding the cheapest way to “fix something. Other than that the amenities are great and fun and the environment is good

Overall I like the apartment. In our unit there a couple things outdated and a few things were broken when we arrived. However, maintenance did come and repair them. I also live the amenities the Social has to offer! The pool is great! And I’m excited to use the other areas too

Going into my second year of residency, I have had a great experience so far. The staff here are very kind, welcoming, and helpful. They are always ready to answer any questions. Maintenance also does a great job of tending to my needs in a timely manner.

It can be a little loud, but very rarely and never at all late into the night. I have not had any real problem and would suggest it as a good option, if you have a car.

Management here is awesome and always helpful, and the amenities are really cool. Neighbors and noise aren’t too bad, and I feel safe in the community. Unfortunately, maintenance is terrible and cleanliness is a big issue. There are bugs and spiders everywhere. With better upkeep and quicker maintenance responses, this place would be amazing

Really great apartments with awesome amenities! The location is the only downside as it’s right next to a highway so it get can a little noisy.

It is a nice apartment with studio- like spaces for residents. The layout is great with open closets and full body mirrors. It also includes a washer and dyer in each suite which is a great addition.

Place is great! Apartments are nicely sized, appliances completely new. The ammenities are amazing too, amazing common areas. So far, I only have good words about The Social!

My place is pretty nice. There were some things inside my apartment that were not properly cleaned and there were some screws left around but other than that its a nice place

The rooms are small we than expected This location is only good it you have a car So get a car…we are walking distance from a couple of bus stop so that’s a good thing…close to grocery stores…But so far so good

Everybody is so nice The community is really nice It’s close to everything like global grocery stores and shops. It’s a drive to Illinois State University perfect for me to get to class. There’s a lot of amenities like the pool the tanning bed the gym the work space. The apartment has lots of space I love that I have a balcony and a private bathroom

I like this apt complex. It has great amenities that are very well taken care of. The staff is also very helpful and respectful. I loved here a year ago but moved to another apt complex and i can def say moving back here The social normal is 10/10.

great apartments! and super simple process for the application. I feel very safe here and welcomed. The apartments are great quality and have lots of space! Whenever I had a question or ran into trouble they responded very timely and very helpful
Nice place overall with a lot of activities to do, I have a friend who lives there and it's nice to be able to have someone I know live in the same area. The actual unit is clean too and everything works as expected.

Room condition is disappointing but the building itself is nice. Hoping to have a good year. The veiws are nice and the community of residents seems good.

Love this community. Jenn, Ben, Tessa, Rachel, Jon and Kylin were all great help for me in my moving in process! Super friendly and helpful. Always responded right away. They explained in great detail!

decent overall. i don’t like the fact that rent went up 150 dollars extra. i’ve been living get for almost three years now and i just don’t understand why it had to go out so much.
