I like this apt complex. It has great amenities that are very well taken care of. The staff is also very helpful and respectful. I loved here a year ago but moved to another apt complex and i can def say moving back here The social normal is 10/10.

Nice place overall with a lot of activities to do, I have a friend who lives there and it's nice to be able to have someone I know live in the same area. The actual unit is clean too and everything works as expected.

decent overall. i don’t like the fact that rent went up 150 dollars extra. i’ve been living get for almost three years now and i just don’t understand why it had to go out so much.

Overall it has been a great experience living here. Only complaint would be it takes forever for the pool to open in the summer. Utilities are generally reasonable and the apartments are well sized.

I mean it’s fine the space is very limited within our apartment and rent is going up even though we aren’t getting new utilities and half of the appliances we have don’t work correctly

It got very ghetto towards the end. Small space so if you're just looking for a place to sleep and stay warm this would ge the place for you.

My experience is good. Not too far from school, but I also enjoy the commute. Area is very quiet and amenities are perfect. Parking situation is okay, other than that, I am satisfied with my experience.

The office ladies lack empathy and quick to pass judgement and attitude. The overall maintenance as a whole is very attentive and helpful. They get the job done the same day as the maintenance request. But paying more for a smaller and less upkept apartment was a big step back from the previous; upkept and new carpet apartment i moved out of. Less kitchen space and smaller room. Not to mention the “newer” more expensive apartment i moved into smelled like weed and cat pee when i got there compared to the near perfect condition i left the last apartment. i’m highly disappointed. i would rate 1 star but the maintenance guys are cool so thats the only reason im giving you 2 stars.

Never had problems, wonderful. Great people at the office and maintenance helps with whatever I need! I was scared my heat would be bad for the winter due to past apartments but the thermostats works perfectly!

Mint a fan of how utility bill is paid and sees higher than other places. Maintenance was were slow this year as well. More parking spaces should be available or have designated spots. Can’t find parking most days

The amenities are very nice for a great price. I've had bad experiences with realty companies in the past but TSN is excellent. The ceilings are a little thin so be aware that if you're not living on the top floor, you're playing the lottery with how loud your upstairs neighbors will be. In general, though, no major complaints. Having your own bathroom is a massive plus, the staff are all friendly, and the amenities are decent. The only thing holding me back from giving five stars is the ceiling thing.

I honestly really enjoy living here. I think that the place is really nice. I love how nice the people are in the office. I really like the way that the rooms are set up so I’m not directly next to my roommates. I really appreciate the resident portal makes everything really easy to access, it’s not difficult or hard. my mother is a single mom so the rent being affordable is a really nice touch along with the amenities that the building has like the pool. overall I’m really excited to be here and I can’t wait for next year

The community is very well managed and kept. The staff is always polite and welcoming. I haven’t had any problems so far living here. This is the third student apartments I’ve lived in while at ISU, and this is by far the best one!

The moving in process was so easy but parking is terrible. There is not nearly enough spots for residents. If I come home past 8 pm I have to park in the visitor parking because there are no open spaces anywhere else. Also I was placed in an apartment with a cat when I specifically put no pets on my application and I was not notified that I would be living with a cat before I moved in.

It’s been pretty good so far, I love my roommates very welcoming, very demure! My other neighbors are pretty nice and everyone is respectful of quiet hrs.

Non-intrusive owners and knit community. Rooms were a little dirty on move in but nothing a sweep and vacuum couldn’t fix. Provides roommate matching.

it's cool lol. i had to go buy a router & that stressed me out for 2 weeks straight cause there were no specific instructions on where or which one to get. the living room tv still don't got no signal but other than that, so far i LOVE it. i love the amenities & the front door parking. as well as where it is. it's by circle k, shells, the grocery store, beauty supply, & even the expressway. packages get dropped off right to the door. AC BUSSING, overall it's sweet.

So far this complex has been great. Maintence has been fantastic as well. Since we have moved in there have been zero issues. Absolutely love this place!

It could have been improved like the unit being cleaned and checked before move in. It delayed my move in process tremendously. Also there were many issues with previous tenants in this unit so I wished that we were told all the problems before

Older place, needed a lot fixed once I moved in, but all good now and very homey. The balcony is great, courtyards have grills, bags, sand volleyball, and a pool. Lots of outside life, which I love.

Amenities are very nice and the staff are helpful. Maintenance can take a while, but that's to be expected with the large volume of residents.

In the beginning, I was questioning my decision on living here since moving in wasn’t smooth. After I settled in though it was great. The amenities are the best part about the complex especially at this time of the year. Having the pool has been so nice and I’ve met some nice people in the building!
