I love it here! It’s great and I love all the people that I’ve met here. They are my best friends and they’re all so nice. I would recommend living at the social because there’s a pool and you can have your own bedroom if you want and you’ll probably meet your future bridesmaids.

Living her is really nice I love the people I met, I do wish there was more food options in the dining hall. But the gym is convenient because its so close but I Love it!

The staff is not at all helpful and someone should help you Tak your parcels to the higher floors also the dinning food is bad less options and the building gates should be accessible at all time there is only one main gate that is open.

It's been very good staying here. I really enjoy how close the area is to campus. The cafe is also great for a morning coffe before classes and the staff is super friendly.

Okay and the air conditioning system here or perhaps in my Single Suite is fair. The maintenance here is satisfactory but other amenities are unsatisfactory like the dining hall or the lounge room. The lounge room oftentimes be very inactive with most of my time here being absolutely empty of Social guest.

I’m very happy living at Social Chico Residence. The dorms are clean, modern and well maintained, with comfortable beds, ample storage and reliable Wi-Fi that makes studying easy. Meals in the dining hall are varied and tasty—there’s always a good mix of healthy options and comfort favorites, and dietary needs are well accommodated. The community here is welcoming; I’ve met friendly roommates and classmates and there are frequent events that make it easy to socialize. The location is ideal — only about a ten-minute walk to Chico State University — which saves time and makes campus life convenient. Staff are professional and responsive whenever an issue comes up. Overall, Social Chico offers excellent value for students seeking a supportive, comfortable and social living environment. It has exceeded expectations and feels like a home away from home.

The showers fluctuate in temperature when attempting to balance the water, the AC feels weak throughout the day, and the power will often trip for some unknown reason. The room is spacious and it covers the necessities, such as electricity, water, and refrigeration. Although the meal plan, the food is good and the drinks are plentiful. The only issue is that the condiments and ice will often run out. The shuttle is handy, except for late-night classes and Fridays after 12:00 PM. The residents come from all walks of life, and most of them are friendly.

So far it has been a good experience. The main thing that I didn't like was the emergency exit door alarm because people set it off pretty often and the alarm is extremely loud to the point where I can't sleep or think while it is going off, which is usually in the middle of the night. Other than that things have been pretty good.

Just completed my first week here and so far I love being there! The dining hall serves really good food options. Love the study/computer room to go in and do some work but really wish they added a printer to print out paper so you wouldn’t have to go on campus.

The place is nice and it’s great for a first time dorm and everything else. One thing that I think should be done, is telling the residents everything they need to know when they get their keys. I was unaware of dinning times, and a few other things. Other than that this place is great!

I moved in on the 9th and so far gotta say I’m loving the stay the fridge is pretty spacious there’s a lot of outlets which I desperately needed and they’re spaced around the room really nicely and the closet is huge which is nice and I’m close to a door which is great cuz I’m on the 3rd floor my only qualm which isn’t a huge one cuz it’s expected wherever I dorm is there’s a bit of damage to some things around the unit but it’s not too bad

The social is a very nice place to live. I like that they have a cafe where drink prices are better than actual Starbucks. As far as the office workers, they are rude sometimes.

It is okay, the rooms and bathroom are a little dirty but it’s fine. The ventilation in the bathroom is very dirty and doesn’t work that well, same for the smoke detector and AC.

Staff is very nice and helpful! Cafe and Cafeteria are convenient and always have good stuff but could try to add more variety. Pool and gym are nice but pool could use more sitting and lounge chairs as it has been very busy as the weather is getting hotter. My room is good with only a few minor corrections I would like to make. Overall, the Social is a good option for students attending Butte or Chico and gives the feeling of a dorm but cheaper with more privacy.

It’s new to me. I never lived on my own but so far it’s cool. Had a small problem when I first moved within the first month. But it was resolved very quickly.

Great living here, everything’s really nice sometimes the upstairs people can get really loud and stomp for no reason, but the events here are really nice and the staff is cool

Everything is good. I requested for the maintenance and they came the other day in the morning every time. The food is also good too like they are international.

Lived in the dorms for about 3 years then I moved into the social chico apartments and have lived here for about 2 years now. Love that the leases are separate, that is the best feature that many other apartments and dorms in chico do not offer.

The Social is an unfortunate place to live. The tour is deceptive, showing rooms that are bigger and cleaner than anything you'll actually stay in, and you're required to pay their ludicrously priced meal plan as part of the first year lease. There's no ventilation in the bathrooms so black mold grows easily, rats and roaches regularly get into rooms, something is always broken in unit or on site, and many areas of the apartments regularly go weeks without being cleaned. It isn't all bad, as the Dining Hall can be quite nice and it has a convenient location. But all of this combined with the ridiculous upcharges they do every year... you're better off somewhere else.

Everything is fine, but we had to document some damaged items in the dorm in case we need to replace them later. Unfortunately, some of the staff have not been very helpful.

Die amerikanische Regierung hat den Bundesstaat Texas verklagt Seit Anfang September in Kraft Bleibt vorerst bestehen und die Anrufe werden sogar gerade aufgelegt bevor ich überhaupt richtig reden kann ich nicht am Unterricht teilnehmen kann ich nicht am Unterricht teilnehmen können wir es aber nicht schaffen da wir dann auch weniger schreiben als wir uns dann noch mal treffen könnten Sie mir noch die Adresse von der Firma ignoriert und die Anrufe werden sogar gerade aufgelegt bevor ich.
The water here is either really hot or really cold, no in between. It’s also super loud at late hours in the night and impossible to get to bed early.

For these past 3 years it's been great .If the only complaint that comes to mind is during the summer where it's hot .The ac supplied for the apartment doesn't reach the rooms.Besides that it's being a very positive experience overall

Convenient living situation, very much like the school dorms, except with more freedom. Dining hall hours can be annoying, and it is a little bit away from campus.
