So far, I really enjoy living at the Social. The only frustrating thing is people parking in our spots. There have been multiple times when I've come home to people in our spots. I understand that it isn't in your direct control, but I would appreciate it if that could be restated for the community, because the last thing I want to do is to get someone's car towed.

Its been pretty good, I enjoy the in unit washer and dryer as well as having my own bathroom and closet which definitely comes in handy. The beds arent the best but you can always bring your own

I love how close it is to campus and how we get four parking spots as opposed to 2 at other places. But we've had leaks in our apartment that left the whole room carpet of our roommate wet and the floors creak extremely bad for upstairs room. They said there's nothing that can be done but it's gets worse everytime. Beautiful apartment if some of these things weren't there

I love this neighborhood and the apartment complex! My neighbors have gotten to know one another and there is a sense of community that the back porch brings to us all. My only issue is the lack of amenities, it ends with the 4 parking spaces granted to each person living in the house. Other than that, maintenance is timely but sometimes not always useful but they do great work. I appreciate the goodie bags that are delivered on occasion.

Very good maintenance and staff, but noise reduction could be better. Walls are quite thin, making it easy to hear even quiet music through the floors. Kitchen area is nice, but would be nice to have bathroom on main floor. Living area is spacious and comfortable. The porch area is a nice add-on as well.

It’s a cute neighborhood, not far from Campus or Uptown Station which is a huge plus for me as someone with no car. The house is amazing and is great on space. The lack of amenities saddens me especially for the price; we do have in-unit laundry which is great.

Overall my experience has been pretty good so far! Sometimes the noise around can be pretty loud but that’s to be expected in a townhouse. Maintenance has also been great! They come pretty quickly and have repaired things really well and quickly!

The social is a nice place to stay if you’re going to school at Illinois State University. It’s not to far from campus and is right by uptown! The community at the social is great! So far, I’d say that my experience has been decently positive. My roommates that I got matched with are awesome and the community seems really nice. My only complaint would be the noise from other residents on Fell and the street traffic can be noisy.

I love the community and apartment.The rooms are very big and have a bathroom and walk in and upstairs there is a big kitchen living room and laundry room. There also is parking and the walk to campus is only 13 minutes so it’s easy to get to class and it is also easy to get to the downtown. The location is great. Treatment from office and maintenance staff was disrespectful at times. The cost of utilities was ridiculous. It should not cost over $200 a month for electricity plus water, garbage and sewer costs for each unit.

Super cute townhouses, located very close to campus less than 5 minutes away. Parking is tight and there is no guest parking available but the homes are very nice, updated appliances and sleek design. Also located about 5 minutes from Uptown and Uptown station. Location is PERFECT for students without a vehicle.

I did enjoy living here, maintenance was quick even though they were a little rude. I would recommend never forgetting your key because they will charge you 70 dollars, even if it is your first time. The staff is really nice though.

The amenities have been nice and everything is updated fairly well. The utilities are always super high. The carpets are okay, but there are tears and stains in some places. The staff is passive aggressive and you will be paying higher than needed. The parking situation is also really nice!

Cute townhouse, very close to campus and Uptown. No amenities but love the home. The kitchen is updated and the living room features a SMARTTV.
