Mgmt. Cares about numbers not residents. Multiple months a 5 work orders later still waiting for maintenance. They are on about 5th crew since we've moved in. Mgmt smiles in your face not fixing big issues.

Management is terrible. They ain’t fix repairs no matter how many times you ask. Apartment has been flooding for a month and they won’t fix it.
Best place! Everything fixed, we have been living here almost a year now. Great neighbors! The view of the lake is great! Highly recommend living here!
I have an awesome apart in Harrison Township, Nice 1 bedroom, fireplace, nice pool area. Have some nice diners in the area all walking distance, a nice drive to Detroit if you would like, I am a disabled vet and was welcome with open arms, Ronald D. Michigan
Spacious 1Bdrm With Day and Nite Lakefront view from the deck to the livingroom and bedroom. Arise to swans,ducks, jetskiers,boats and walk down to dock and fish or walkout your door throw your pole in. Boatwells on site. Out door heated pool.Beautiful resort living.
